Can you train Glutes and Abs Every Day?

Many women want to know if they can work out their abs and glutes every day for best resutls. Or is this too much.

First off, if you are a beginner to exercise, then working out three days a week will do just fine. You can get excellent results training only a few times each week. However, if you would like to train every day and if you are ready for this, then yes, you should work your abs and glutes every day.

Working your glutes and abs every day is good for your body. Gymnasts and dancers do exercises which hit these parts every day to sculpt their fine bodies, so I recommend doing so if you are ready to. Now, the big question is how much you should do and which exercises to do.

Second, you will need to do the actual glute and abdominal exercises that gymnasts and dancers do. SImple as that. If you want a body like these women you need to do the exercises they do. I feature many of these in my program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com . And anyone can do them; you don't have to be a star performer to benefit.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. If you are working out every day don't do the exact same training routine day in and day out.
Variety works best.

A Costly Mistake

This morning I received a call from a friend who owns his own personal training business. His business is growing and he's even had to hire a couple new trainers to keep up with the demand. He's a good guy and I'm very happy for his success. But his approach really had me scratching my head.

He told me about his gym setup, how it's 'state of the art' and the latest in hi-tech 'medically approved' (whtever that means) machines. The cost for all this gadetry, a whopping 50 Grand. Since he caters to the high-end clientele, he explained, he had to had the top-of-the-line equipment, nothing cheapo.

I had to laugh when he told me about his setup. I felt like telling him I could've saved him the 50 Grand and gave his clients the best fitness program to boot; that the people he was training only needed their own bodies not some fancy shmancy equipment. But I didn't. He didn't ask so I didn't tell. And even if he did, he probably wouldn't have listened to me.

A lot of people, trainers included, like their toys and machines. And if that's the only thing that will get
some people to work out and nothing else would, then who am I to argue. Whatever gets the ball rolling.

I suppose there are a lot of those folk who'd just rather play on the equipment and not do what's best
for their bodies to make them lean and sculpted. And then there are those trainers whose egos get involved and want to have the most expensive and impressive gym in town, not the most effective.

But if you are interested in doing what works to give you the body you've always dreamed of then why not opt for the the proven exercise program that is Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com . Plus, for the amount it's a much better value than all that useless equipment.

Crunches are a Crock

Yes, it is the truth. Crunches are a crock and are not the exercise to do to get lean, sculpted abs.
Yes, they are better than nothing, And, yes, if that's all you have the strength to do then this the route
you should go. But time and time again I see women doing crunches who could easily do better and more effective ab exercises, exercises that will carve the fat right of your midsection. Then again, they don't know the best ways to train their core.

Here're the problems with crunches:

1. They don't provide enough of a range of motion to fully develop the abs; it's an incomplete exercise.

2. They don't develop the entire core. They are ok at best for hitting the upper abs.

3. You need to involve more of your body in your ab workouts, not just a bit of your upper body.

4. You need to know how to do the right ab exercises in the right way to do them.

5. Crunches are dull, tediuous and boring to do.

There's no need to spend hours or do 1000's of reps of tedious stomach exercises either. All you need to develop the midsection you've always wanted is a few key exercises for a few minutes every day. In my book Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com
- you have about 20 different core exercises to choose from, all effective. This is for variation only, as only need to do a few each day to chisel away any belly blubber.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Crunches are better than nothing, but why eat bologna when you can eat steak?

How to Lose Fat by Sitting

Did you know that you can carve the flab right off your body by just sitting. How can this be. Here's
the deal: The more percentage of muscle you have the more fat you will burn. Muscle requires energy
so it will burn calories just sitting there. It revs up your metabolism so you can eat more and do less and still lose fat.

So just by sitting your lean muscles are burning calories.

The only way to build toned muscle is through resistance exercises. Weight training is woefully inadequate to do this. You need multi-tasking resistance exercises that hit all of your muscles at once. This is how you get toned, shapley muscles

This is why it's extremely critical that you do muscle-building exercises like I have in my program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women
http://www.eddiebaran.com . These will NOT build huge grotesque freakish muscles that you see on bodybuilders. These exercises give you that toned shapely look you see on dancers and gymnasts. The shape these women have is the
toned muscle they get from these exercises.

Add my eating system to it and you have an unstoppable combination for getting a beautifully sculpted body that will keep melting the blubber off your body.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

The Fat and Wrinkle Destroyer

I've taken many supplements in my day. Everything from very expensive bodybuilding supplements, as well as the cheap ones, vitamins, minerals, herbs, and the list goes on. You name it, I took it. Most of these didn't work too well, or not nearly as well as they advertised. Plus, you'd have to take so many of these pills to get all the desired results.

For the past few years I've taking pharmaceutical grade fish oil -
instead of these other supplements. Better results and less pills to take. In fact, some people who take fish oil have even gone off their medications. Let me show you what this man has to say:

'Both my fiance and I have been using Fish Oil for a short time. Something is happening to me that I like. I sleep longer, have a more regular constitution and am losing weight (about 15lbs so far). Part of this is due to getting my Thyroid medication dosage adjusted, but a lot of it is due to the Fish Oil.

'The biggest reason for buying your Fish Oil though, was to help my fiance. She has suffered from severe migraines all her life. Since she has started on the Fish Oil ... three weeks ago, she has gone from daily incapacitating headaches to two mild headaches in that time. Both of those headaches were
related to stress, not migraines, and were resolved in short order. She is 40 years old and was experiencing severe mood swings, as well as other symptoms of menopause. These are all gone.

'Her face and skin look at least 5 years younger (I think 10!). As we only had a limited supply of fish oil .... We both think when our next order arrives and she can get the full 6 capsules.... she will be 'normal' for the first time in her life. Thanks for giving me the future wife I have dreamed of.'

A flab and wrinkle removal. Sounds good to me.

8 Reaons Why Bodyweight Exercises Make You Younger

More and more women in their 20's, 30's, 40's, and even 50's and 60's are discovering the power of
working with their own bodyweight to sculpt a lean and strong feminine figure, and completely swearing off of cardio and weights. Bodyweight exercises are ideal for people of all ages, especially over 40. Why is this? Well, there are a number of reasons:

1. You are your own gym. No need to waste time and money at a gym. You can workout any place, any time, any which way you want. Who has time to travel to the health club every day and fight for the machines.

2. Bodyweight exercises build useful and functional muscle. Simply stated the more functional our bodies are, the more we are able to do, the easier our life is.

3. The compound movements involved in bodyweight exercises help produce natural hormones like HGH (Human Growth Hormone). These hormone levels decrease as we age, making us older. HGH builds muscle, reduce fat, improve skin.

4. Bodyweight exercises hit all major muscles groups and small stabilizer muscles used in balance and agility.

5. Bodyweight exercises are resistance exercises and therefore increase bone density.

6. Bodyweight exercises are actually fun to do. The variation is endless so you'll never get bored.

7. Bodyweight exercises give you a superior cardio workout to all others.

8. Bodyweight exercises do not leave you in pain and injured like weights.

I've just given 8 reasons why the bodyweight exercises as explained in Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women make you younger, healthier, leaner and stronger. Read more about it here

Is Lifting Weights Making You Gain Weight?

Why is it that so many people (men and women alike) who lift weights and are truly trying to get fit and lean are just getting fatter, weaker and more injured. I'm sure we all can relate to this problem. I know I could at one time.

If you lift weights you might fing that you are on the slippery slope to fatsville. I know it's so frustrating because I was like you, busting my rear in the weight room trying to get fit. And all I got for my troubles was a nice layer of blubber and some joint pain thrown in for good measure.

It wasn't until your do bodyweight exercises will you start to really get fit. I've known many who were in the same boat: spinning their wheels trying to get toned and fit with weights when in fact they were anything but.

The fact of the matter is that much of weight lifting has little or no real use as far as real health and fitness go. The weight lifting that most people do, you're only training your body in segments and pieces. Your body functions as one unit, and so that's how you should train it.

And the best way to accomplish this is training with bodyweight calisthenics which use a lot of muscles. By recruiting more muscle groups, your body will burn more energy and release the muscle-building fat-reducing hormones like HGH (Human Growth Hormone). Your entire cardiovascular system will also be improved at the same time.

This is what I call multi-tasking - doing many things at once. Bodyweight exercises are multi-tasking in that they build strength, endurance and flexibility all at once throughout the entire body (not just one place) all the while sculpting a magnificent figure. Multi-tasking exercises give you results faster and in less time than weights.

Eddie Baran

Replace Soft Flab with Toned Muscle

Last week I spoke with an old friend, Debbie. She was lamenting the fact that she wasn't as firm and toned as she used to be in her twenties. And she didn't know why.

"I weigh exactly the same thing as I did when I was 25 but am so soft and jiggly," she complained. "I'm just as skinny now as I was then and I even fit in the same clothes. Sometimes I can even get below that weight but my body is so loose."

"Are you exercising at all" I asked her.

"I jog a bit. That's all." She replied.

"Well, you see," I responded "the reason why you're all gooey but still weigh the same is that your muscle is being replaced by flab. The muscle that kept you firm and toned has gone away. When you get older, your body has a tendency to lose muscle and gain blubber."

"What, so there's nothing I can do about this if it's just because I'm getting older?" she asked.

"No, all you have to do is don't get older; get younger" I replied.

"What . Gee thanks. That really helps." she said sarcastically, "so in other words I'm doomed."

"No you're not. Just don't get older." I continued . "Look. You're letting your body go even though you're watching what you eat and jog a bit. But you need to do things that reverse the aging process like resistance exercises that involve your entire body. Do bodyweight exercises like
the ones in my program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - to build your muscles up. The more muscle you have, the less flab you'll have, the tighter and firmer
your body will be. It's as simple as that. Training to build muscle will get you that tone back and make you younger."

I went on to further explain the benefits of bodyweight exercises in the age reversing-muscle building, flab busting, body tightening process. She got the message loud and clear. She took my advice and decided to get younger and firmer. She had enough of wallowing in her pity. She knew it'd be much easier to do what I told her and not get older but get younger.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

Why Animals are Smarter than Most People

I was listening to a comedian the other day who was talking about how so many people are such slaves to jobs that they hate that they're caged animals in cubicles. Yet these same people continue to return to their cages each morning after leaving them at night.

But, on the other hand, if you take any animal in the zoo and let it out of its cage at night, I guarantee you it's not coming back in the morning.

It was a pretty funny bit. "Funny" in the humorous sense, and "funny" in the ironic sense in that the zoo animals are smarter than most people.

The animal in the zoo knows he's getting a raw deal and wants out; he knows that there's something better out there and that he doesn't belong behind bars. He'll strive and fight for the freedom to be his
true self, as nature intended.

The human animal, on the other hand, will accept less than she deserves. She'll settle for being caged, and not doing what makes her happy. She'd rather surrender to what someone else has in mind for her than what she has in mind for herself, even if she can't stand it.

Sure, some people truly love what they do each day and are doing exactly what they want to do. And that's the way it should be. But I'd venture a guess that it's a very small minority.

Unlike the lions and tigers and bears you'd see at the zoo, you can say we've been somewhat domesticated like sheep or cattle. Trained not to know any better than follow the herd, and be less than the human that nature intended. Sad part is, like these farm animals, some animals don't even know any better.

Nature intended both man and woman to be healthy and physcially fit. Don't accept anything less than the best of anything out there, and this goes for your body as much as it does your mind. It's only
natural for you to have the best body. For more info on sculpting a lean, toned, healthy and strong body, go to http://www.eddiebaran.com

Say Goodbye to the Gym

Driving in my car yesterday, I was scanning the radio for something to listen to. Not finding what I was looking for on FM, I switched over to AM. Finally, about the 500th AM station I came across was a talk show discussing weight loss and fitness.

Many of the callers into the program were all complaining that it just takes too much time to go to the gym and work out everyday, or even three times a week.

They had to drive there, change, fight for the machines, shower, change again, and drive home or to work. The whole process could take over two hours. And as much as I can't stand whiners, these people did have a point: going to the gym is very time-consuming. But if they could see the obvious, that they already had all they needed to get a great workout, i.e. their own bodies, then they would be more likely to exercise. Plus the workouts can take as little as 15 minutes.

With bodyweight exercises -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - you can
kiss your gym membership goodbye. No more wasting precious time at the gym. And best of all, you'll actually get results - a toned, sleek, lean body that is strong, flexible and graceful.

How to Go from a Gooey Gut to a Toned Tummy

If you're like most women, you're probably sick and tired of spinning your wheels in the gym or at yoga or aerobics class trying to diminish the gooeyness of your gut. Chances are you're also spending hours doing lots of ab exercises too. And to boot, you're also watching everything you eat. Yet for some reason, your belly is still there. What gives?

Although you're to be commended for your effort, you're most likely exercising all wrong. So it's not really your fault at all, it's just that the exericses you've been doing aren't the most effective. You see, not all exercises are created equal. Some are far better than others.

To decrease your the amount of goo around your gut, you need to work your entire body in the correct manner. Doing any ab exercise, although better than nothing, won't necessarily do the trick. And even doing the right exercises but without the right instruction isn't the best route either. You need to do the right exercises in the right way. By doing the best abdominal exericses in the best way you will activate all the muscles in your body to their maximum potential. This then turns up the body's natural blubbber-melting and lean muscle-making properties. You can't help but tighten your tummy.

And so just what are these awesome ab exercises that you should be doing. Well, they're the ones that involve your entire body. The same exercises that dancers and gymnasts do to get their sweet tone and shape, which I've included in my Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com .

Working your entire body at once, i.e. multi-tasking, lets you exercise all your muscles at the same time. Not only is this time saving but it's also better for sculpting your body. When you
multi-task, your entire body is working as a unit so your entire body gets the benefit. This is something you cannot do with other exercises.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. You don't have to accept your blubber belly anymore. Go now and get Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women
http://www.eddiebaran.com to carve it right off. Not only will your tomach be tighter and more toned, but your entire body will be stronger, more fit and in better shape than ever before.

Beer and Chips for Breakfast

My senior year in college I lived in the university-owned apartments. They were nicer than the dumps most of the students lived in, and best of all the rents were cheaper too. It was a big deal to be able to live there, as it was very competitive to get a spot. Only problem was that you couldn't decide who your apartment mates would be.

So as luck would have it, I got stuck with a couple of frat boys. This was a disaster. They were without a doubt the worst roomates I ever had: loud, obnoxious, inconsiderate partyers. You get the picture.

The worst thing one of these frat boys did, however, was not to me but to himself. See, his eating plan was absolutely horrific. And his body showed it. Pizza, fast food, TV dinners. On many occasions his breakfast would consist of nothing but beer and potato chips. Or sometimes pretzels if he wanted a bread group. It was his breakfast of CHUMPions.

He figured that because he was 22 years old he could abuse his body in any way shape or form. Like the old adage, he was what he ate: gooey, soft, weak, sickly, lethargic and unhealthy. He was dumb and a jerk.

No matter what age it's critical you eat the right foods because junk food will give you a junk body. And when I say junk food I don't only mean the usual suspects like candy,
cookies McDonalds and Burger King. I'm also talking about the garbage you're buying in the supermarket. Most of what's sold there doesn't qualify as real food, and most of you are buying junk food whether you think so or not.

No wonder America is suffering from an obesity problem. Eating the wrong foods will give you the wrong body. There's a right way and a wrong way to eat to give you optimal health, energy and body. I've detailed correct a eating plan in my Body Sculpting Eating System that is included with my Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women program here http://www.eddiebaran.com

Once you understand exactly what you should and should not be putting in your body, you won't be confused with all the other eating plans out there. It's a lot simpler than you're led to believe and not nearly as painful.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. To get the best body around, you need to do the right exercises and eat the right foods. Check out the Body Sculpting Eating System now - http://www.eddiebaran.com

The Do's and Don'ts of Ab Sculpting

The abdominals are one of the most often mistrained muscle group. There is so much confusion out there on how to get lean, strong, and toned abs. I'll cover only a few Do's and Dont's for training your abs.

DON'T waste your time doing crunches. Although they're better than nothing, you might as well spend your time and effort doing exercises that actually do something for you. If you're a complete beginner or do not yet have the strength to do other abdominal exercises, then crunches are fine to start with. However, if you are strong enough to do better exercises, then that's what you should be doing. Once in a while you can throw them into your regimen, but they should never be the staple of your abdominal workouts.

DO spend your time doing high quality ab exercises like those found in Body Scultping Bodyweight Exercises for Women. You need to stress the entire region with full-range movements and isometrics.

DON'T waste your time or money on those silly exercise gadgets you see on TV. Those were created for lazy people who aren't serious about fitness. They eventually collect dust and are thrown in the
garage with all the other junk bought on late night infomercials like from Ronco or QVC.

DO spend your time and money on useful equipment that do build strong abs. The person who's dedicated to improving their conditioning can build very strong abs with these products. I go over these products in my program in detail.

DON'T only do very high reps when you exercise your abs. Doing this is fine some of the time, but it shouldn't constitute your entire abdominal routine. There is a myth out there that you have do to 80,000 reps for your abs to get results. Not true.

DO vary the reps - do sets of high, medium and low reps. Choose abdominal exercises where you can only do 1-3 reps. Then sometimes do 10-15reps, and other times do over 20 reps. Variety is key.

There is much, much more to sculpting fine abs, too much for this email. For all the goods of flattening your tummy, check out

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. For those of you who have my program Body Scultping Bodyweight Exercises for Women, if you can't yet do the ab exercises in the Fab 5, then choose from any of the beginning exercises in the course.

Why You Shouldn't Hope

When I was in grad school, I wasn't exactly the greatest student in the world. In fact, I wasn't very good at all. I studied a lot but grades just didn't come so easy to me like they did with the other students. And it wasn't because I didn't try. The biggest problem I had was that I had low expectations for myself. I wanted to get A's but I really didn't believe in myself and didn't think I could get A's, although that was my goal when I studied my rear off. I really hoped that I'd get top grades but it rarely happened. But I kept on hoping.

And that was just the problem. I was HOPING to get good grades, rather than EXPECTING to get them.

When you hope for something for yourself, you are leaving the result up to chance, to some outside force other than yourself to achieve it. You've pretty much let go of your own personal responsibility in the matter. When you expect it, on the other hand, you know for a fact that it will happen, you have no doubt. That confidence and faith will actually make it happen. It might not happen right away but you will find a way to make it happen if it doesn't automatically develop.

Now, there are some things we have to hope for because they are out of our control. But for anything having to do with personal goals, it has to be EXPECTED for it to happen. Expect something and you hold yourself to it. You won't give in or give up that way.

This is what I did. When I figured out that I had to EXPECT good grades to get good grades, then, and only then, did they pick up. I was the one who decided this, not fate or chance or luck.

So for this Spring, EXPECT to be in the best shape of your life, EXPECT to get fitter and healthier, leaner and sleeker, stronger and younger, better and better.

Now that you expect to have your dream body, you'll need a tool to help you get it. Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women www.eddiebaran.com

Krispy Kreme Eating Behemoths

When I was in college, one of my favorite classes was physical anthropology. I enjoyed it so much that I actually studied for the tests and did the assigned reading, something I avoided for all my other classes. Hey, this was UC Sant Barbara - you weren't supposed to study unless it was the night before the final. Students spent more time attending raging keggers than we did attending classes.

Anyway, one of the reasons I liked this class was we were studying the importance of play for animals as it related to their survival. Young rhesus monkeys played to develop physical, mental and social skills - skills needed when they become adults in order to survive. Human children are not any different - one reason they evolved doing play was to develop skills needed as adult humans.

However, now that we are living in modern times, most humans have stopped using their bodies once they reach a certain age. These sedentary folk no longer think they need to exercise or be physical (the most exercise these behemoths get is reaching their arms out their car window at the Krispy Kreme drive-thru to get their eight boxes of donuts).

This is a crying shame.

I notice this slovenly type of behavior every day I work out at the park: huge mammoths just sitting on their big rears, watching their kids play, but not moving a muscle themselves. Now why don't they join in and play with their kids. It goes against the nature of a Human Being to not use her body, to let it stagnate and rot. We are physical beings and it's nothing short of disrespectful -to yourseld and to the species - to live a sedentary existence.

This is one thing we can learn from animals like the rhesus monkeys: keep active and keep playing for our own survival.

Every single exercise in my program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women
http://www.EddieBaran.com has a play-like quality to it: they're fun to do; they get your entire body moving, they promote health and well-being, and they make your body look pretty darn amazing to boot.

Who has the best legs in the world?

When I was a kid, my mom used to drag me kicking and screaming to the ballet. At the time, I couldn't stand it. It was boring to me, and there were things I'd much rather be doing like stare at the wall which seemed more entertaining to me. Besides, ballet was for girls and sissies and I wouldn't have any of it.

But my mom, in her infinite wisdom, wanted me to develop an appreciation of the ballet as an art form, which eventually I did. I actually began to like it.

But the more I trained as an athlete, especially in gymnastics, the more I appreciated ballet as a superior athletic event. Ballerinas are often looked as frail weaklings but nothing could be further from the truth. They have some of the strongest legs around. In fact, I'd even go on to saythat they have the best legs of anyone in the world.

When I say best, I mean both function and form. When it comes to function, the legs of the ballet dancer have the ability to leap high and are insanely flexible; their legs can explode in quick movements or can hold a powerful position for eons; they are so agile and graceful that their movements seem effortless. The truth is that most dancers have superior legs because of the way they've trained them.

This is why I've included many conditioning exercises in my program, Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women , that dancers use to get their awesome legs -
http://www.eddiebaran.com .

Doing these exercises won't get you a spot in the American Ballet Theatre if you've never danced before, but they will sculpt lean, flexible and powerful legs.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Turns out my mom was right about dragging me to the ballet. If any of you get a chance to watch one I highly suggest it. You'll see some of the top athletes in the world.

Are you too busy for your own health?

There's the old joke about the doctor who asks his overweight patient "What fits your busy schedule better, exercising one hour a day or being dead 24 hours a day?"

The doctor has a good point here, as he was trying to get across the importance of exercising and how little it takes to be healthy. Either you exercise just a little bit each day, or you cease to exist -
literally or figuratively. If you don't actually die you will be among the living dead. Your bodies are meant to be living, vibrant and full of energy; they are meant to be moved and used to their potential. If you don't take advantage of the health you've been blessed with and continuously cultivate it, then you really are not living fully.

There's nothing more important than your health so there's really no such thing as being too busy for exercise.

Yet that's the predicament that so many women find themselves in. Between work, kids, taking care of the house and all the other errands you have to run, it's no wonder so many women opt for not exercising. So as the time in your day gets smaller, your wasitline, hips and rear end get bigger.

Thing is, though, that you don't even have to spend an hour a day to get a body that's in superb shape and a superb shape - a fit and beautiful body. In my program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises
for Women
http://www.eddiebaran.com , you can get your cardio, strength, flexibility, flab reducing, lean muscle toning at one time, all in only 15 minutes a day, just three times a week.

How is this possible, you ask? It's because these exercises in this program are multi-tasking, which means doing many things at one time. Multi-tasking exercises are perfect for the multi-tasking woman who is too busy for any other kind of exercise.

How to achieve anything you want

The story of Wilma Rudolph is one of the most inspiring ones you will ever hear, which is why she is one of my all-time heroes. Not only did Wilma suffer from polio, she also contracted scarlet fever and pneumonia as a young girl. Her childhood was wracked with illness, pain and debilitation. She couldn't walk without the help of braces, and that wasn't even until she was 8 years old.

I think you know the rest of the story: Wilma goes on to become an Olympic gold medalist sprinter. This is truly amazing.

What happens in between her childhood illness and becoming an Olympic track medalist was the turning point that made her who she was. Wilma states it best when she said

"My mother taught me very early to believe I could achieve any accomplishment I wanted to. The first was to walk without braces."

Three things are important here:

1. She had a big support system in here mother, someone who really believed in her.
2. She had belief in herself.
3. She took small steps to get the ball rolling.

What a great lesson this is. Sometimes we get caught up in our own little dramas and feel like we can't accomplish a thing. But when we realize that greatness has come from people who are far worse off than we, then it puts thing in perspective and can encourage us.

The key to anyone's success in any field is belief in herself and taking steps, no matter how miniscule, toward that goal. This is the magic formula.

So now it's your turn to get the ball rolling, to take that first small step and get into the best shape of your life by going now to get Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women here

How to Create Your Own Body

The only reality that matters is your own. You create your own reality, not anyone else. Don't bother being in someone else's and don't bother having someone else create yours for you. The great majority of people are stuck in the reality of every other person. This is not conducive to success.

If the Wright Brothers had been realistic or practical, they never would have attempted creating a flying machine. They were so unrealistic - or rather had their own reality outside of everyone else - that they created something so unimaginable that it seemed impossible at the time.

And that goes for everyone else who has ever wanted something great.

It doesn't have to be on a big scale either. Maybe getting your body into phenomenal shape at age 54 isn't realistic to other people, but to you, in your reality, it makes complete sense. Why? Because you created it. You decide what's realistic for you, not those average folks who are drowning in their own mediocrity.

Or perhaps you want to get sculpted legs and abs when you're a good 50 lbs overweight. Others will tell you you're insane to have such fantasies but in your world, this is possible.

Once you have the vision to create your dream body, all you need is the tool to sculpt it. The best tool for a woman to create their best body is Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women
http://www.eddiebaran.com .

Don't worry about what others deem as realistic or based in reality. It doesn't matter and it doesn't concern you. Why would anyone want to be in someone else's cruddy reality anyway? I'd rather create my own.

Best wishes,
Eddie Baran
