What the Brady Bunch Can Teach Us

Remember that one Brady Bunch episode where BobbyBrady was so upset about being short that he decided he
was going to make himself taller. He figured that if he hung from the swing set by his two hands he would stretch himself, thereby making himself taller.

First he measured himself on a wall and put a piece of tape where the top of his head was to mark his starting
height. He'd go out in the backyard, hang for a bit and then come back inside and re-measure himself. He did this a number of times and, lo and behold, after each hanging sessiong he'd actually was getting taller. The proof was that the peice of tape that marked his starting height was getting lower. It was working, he was getting taller.

Well, turns out poor Bobby wasn't actually getting any taller, but rather the other Brady kids were moving the tape down the wall because they felt bad for him. Not a well-thought out plan on their part, though, as eventually he'd probably figure out that while he might've been getting taller so was everybody else in the world too since the relative heights stayed equal.

As far as Bobby's reasoning went, it seemed a little absurd at first, thinking you could stretch yourself into getting
taller. But can you make yourself taller. Was BobbyBrady completely misguided in his quest for height. Not entirely.

See, there are certain exercises we can do to strengthen the supporting muscles we have, such as those around the spine and the core, which will lenghten our body. By doing these elongating and lengthening exercises, we can actually make ourselves a little taller. This is critical as we age and find that we shrink.

By doing bodyweight resistance exercises your bones will get stronger, your muscles will get longer, and you will get taller. It's strengthening our postural muscles and adding density to our bones.

I've included many exercises in my Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women program
http://www.eddiebaran.com to improve posture (and thus height). So remember this: When you age, you do have a choice. You don't have to shrink.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Although you can't turn yourself into Shaquille O'Neal, you can improve posture and height to some degree, and definitely stop the aging and shrinking process by doing the right exercises for your body that are found here http://www.eddiebaran.com

4 Rules of Getting the Body You Want

Getting the body of your dreams is actually quite simple. And easy. There's nothing torturous or futile about it. Follow these rules and the body you want is as good as yours:

1. Find a program you like doing. You can have the greatest program in the world but if you hate it, it won't matter. People love Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women http://www.eddiebaran.com because it's fun to do. You just won't get bored with it because of the variety, the movements, and when something is so effective and works so well, it never gets dull.

2. Use movements that use a lot of muscle groups.Bodyweight exercises like those in Body Sculpting
Bodyweight Exercises for Women are perfect for this. They build toned and sleek muscle, burn fat, and build
strong heart and lung power (cardio). The more musclesyou use the more muscle you chisel, like an athlete. This is called multi-tasking. You won't get bulky and flabby with these exercises.

3. Eat properly. Stay away from bad foods and only eat those foods listed in the Body Sculpting Eating System
and in the amounts specified. Check out this system http://www.eddiebaran.com for a complete dietary plan.

4. Have a goal and believe in it, even if you have to brainwash yourself into doing so. Believe you will be fit and lean and you will be. Your body follows whatever your mind believes.

Keep to these rules and you will have the body you want and deserve in no time.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. One more thing to remember. If you think of getting a fantastic body as simple and easy, then that's what it is. If you think it's hopless then that's what it is, too. It is simple and easy, really.

Your Memorial Day Workout

When I was a kid it was special because it meant the end of the school year and the beginning of summer. But each passing year it signifies something much more meaningful, that being the rememberance of the men and women who died fighting for our country. I'd just like to extend my thoughts and gratitude for them. The more years I'm on this planet the more grateful I am to their sacrifice.

Still, since this also marks the unofficial start of summer, no better time to have a workout. The weather is getting better in most parts of the country, although I hear in Wisconsin it's still snowing. For the rest of us, time to get outside to work out and enjoy our health.

This exercise is best done on sand, so find a beach, outdoor volleyball court or a sandbox to get the most out of this workout. If you don't have any access to sand then you can do this on some soft, mushy grass.

All the exercises referred to are in the Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women program http://www.eddiebaran.com

Do 15 reps of exercise on page 55.
Do 15 reps of exercise on page 81.
Do 15 reps of exercise on page 105.

Rest

Do 15 reps of exercise on page 83.
Do 15 reps of exercise on page 121.
Do 15 reps of exercise on page 51

Rest

Do 15 reps of exercise on page 107
Do 15 reps of exercise on page 39
Do 15 reps of exercise on page 89

Note: If you cannot do the exercises listed, try easier exercises from the same section, or do less repetitions. The important thing to remember is to adapt your level to the workout. There are exercises in the book for every level, as the exercises above are just a guide.

If this workout is too easy for you, then increase reps and intensity as well as repeating the entire cycle once or twice.

Have fun with this workout and have a great and safe Memorial day.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

How to Get Instant Endurance

One of toughest things about making it through a workout, or simply a workday for that matter, is having enough energy. Sometimes there just doesn't seem to be enough. Having enough endurance in sports or in our daily life is always a struggle. If they could just put it in a bottle the word would be such a better place.

Oh wait, they have. Check this out http://www.eddiebaran.com/instant_endurance.html to see how you can get instant edurance.

Just think of what you could accomplish if you had endless energy. Not only would your productivity skyrocket but you'd be able to try and do so many different things.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. If you're tired, weak, haven't got an ounce of energy or if you're an athlete and need instant endurance,
then go to http://www.eddiebaran.com/instant_endurance.html

P.P.S. Now combine this with high energy producing exercises like those found in Body Sculpting Bodyweight

A Tale of Two Ladies

A while back while sitting outside enjoying the day, I observed two different women with two very different approaches to exercise. The first woman was running laps around the park. She looked to be in a lot of pain. She had a strange running style, one indicative of somebody not comfortable in their own body. You could tell she was new to the activity and was doing it only because she believed it would help her lose some weight.

She looked pretty miserable, too. In fact, by the look on her face she seemed completely depressed and angry. This was one activity she couldn't stand doing. And I could tell her body was in much pain.

Contrast this with lady number two. She was walking laps around the park. She was listening to her walkman and singing to the music.

Her singing was absolutely the most dreadful thing you could ever imagine - all the dogs around were howling, the squirrels fell from trees and birds dropped from the sky. It was just about the worst cacaphonous nails-on-chalkboard noise I ever heard. My ears are still bleeding.

But it was a pure joy to watch her. I didn't realize walking could be so fun but it must've been because she had a hop in her step and a smile on her face.

She gets it. She understands what exercise is supposed to be. She will be successful in her training. Heck, she already is. She's connected her physical side to something spiritual.

The more enjoyment you get from exercise the better your results and the more likely you'll continue doing it. Exercise and movement should be joyous, like the ones I have in my program Body Sculpting
Bodyweight Exercses for Women http://www.eddiebaran.com , for only then will you reap the rewards.

The first woman won't last another week - if she doesn't break down physically she most certainly will spiritually. She's force-feeding herself exercise, and it's an uphill fight if you use brute mental force to make yourself exercise.

Make it easy and make it fun.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

What Got Me So Mad

As I was stretching yesterday at the park, a woman who was in her early thirties walked by and made a comment
that really angered me. She didn't say anything insulting to me, and by itself it was no big deal. She was just making friendly conversation and it was nothing offensive. But it sill got me going real good.

What did she say that was so "awful." Well, let me tell you. She commented on how she'd like to be able to stretch but that she's "getting old." Now, I know what you're probably thinking: "Geez, Eddie, settle down. What's the big deal. What's wrong with that. You need to lighten up."

That's fair of you to say, but let me explain just what's wrong with what she said.

You should never consider yourself as getting old. This is copout, a complete surrender of your health to some mythical nonsense that says once you're a certain age it's all downhill from there; that you should just sit back, complain, and let rigor mortis set in 'cause you're knockin' on death's door anyway. Sure, just submit yourself to what the rest of the world is doing, which is weakness, sickness, illness, and ultimately death.

This is pure, unadulterated garbage. It just chaps me to no end that so many people believe this; they've been sold this lie that their bodies are wasting away, deteriorating by each passing second.

The thing is this: if that's what you believe then that's what you're going to get. It's called a self-fulfilling prophecy.
If you believe you're old, then you start acting old, then you become old.

But the real truth of the matter is that your best years are yet to come, that you're getting better and better by the day; that is, IF you are wise enough to know this as the truth, and do what it takes to get there.

Some of you out there have written telling me that because of Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women
http://www.eddiebaran.com you are now in better shape and feeling more alive than ever.

When you do the things that give you youth and vitality you just can't wait to get up and move; you just can't wait to see what kind of shape you'll be in next year. You should all expect to be even better in a few months time than you are right now, and rightfully so.

When this woman made that comment I just smiled politely and mumbled some small talk back, and then she went on her way. I didn't tell her what I was really thinking. Sure, I probably got a little more upset than I should have but I
guess I was just a little disappointed in her total lack of will, lack of self-respect, lack of faith. Then again, so many people are living in a dark age of health and still don't realize the truth, and that the earth is not flat.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

6 Rules of Fat Gain

If you are interested in the best way to get fat, then read up. There are some tips worth their weight in gold here.

1. Avoid exercise at all costs: Make excuses that you are too busy or too tired to work out, but be certain to make time to watch TV.

2. Avoid moving your body at all if possible: Take the elevator; drive whenever you can even if it's to go across the street; use the drive-thru when going to Krispy Kreme or Burger King. Heaven forbid you burn any calories walking from your car to the counter at KFC.

3. Have a bad attitude about yourself and life in general. Fatalistic feelings of doom and gloom are great for stress, and stress is a wonderful way to get fat.

4. Eat all the wrong foods. And eat lots of them. Stuff your self so you feel sick to your stomach. Compulsive eating should be mastered if you are at all serious.

5. Spend your leisure time in front of the idiot box. Passively sitting on your rear watching TV is a wonderful way to turn into a big blob of blubber.

6. Don't breathe too deeply because you might activate some muscles, or relax and get oxygen into your system. This is a no-no. Only shallow weazing is allowed.

If you're intrested in packing on the blubber, follow these rules to a T and you'll have no problem reaching your goal.

If, on the other hand, you are one of those rare and special individuals who is determined to become a superb physical specimen - both athletically and aestheically - then I suggest you get on over to
http://www.eddiebaran.com and get Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women. Change your life for the better.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. It's amazing how many people actually do follow these rules, and religiously. If I told them to do them it'd be like preaching to the choir. Sadly these rules are all too common. Be the exception to the rule, and be exceptional by

Body Sculpting Made Simple

When I worked in the Silicon Valley, I worked for a huge multi-national corporation. Like most corportations it was a souless place, devoid of any humanity and heart. Just a bunch of unhappy drones robotically moving through their existence.

It was a software company and the people there were pretty much computers themselves. Not a lot going on below the brain. Just a bunch of lives programmed by upper management.

One of the reasons why every one of us was so miserable was the idiot tendency for management to complicate every thing. The smallest task was turned into the most complex byzantine conundrum. No wonder the company lost its shirt and eventually folded.

The ability to overthink and make things so overly-complicated is not just a problem with corporations but also with most women who try to get lean and fit. They do waste too much time and energy on the wrong exercises. They do overly complicated workouts and their weekly routines are something only a nuclear physicist can understand.

Look, sculpting your body is simple - if you know what to do. Do the five simple exercises that I teach in my Body Sculpting program -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - for about 15 minutes, three times a week and you have the makings of a beautifully sculpted, lean and fit body. It's really that simple.

Once you know do these five exercises correctly, the rest takes care of itself. No over-thinking, no complicated routines, no complex machine. Just simple and effective body sculpting.

Sometimes it's the simplest things in life that work the best.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

Stop Confusion About Food

Whenever any of us are in a grocery store checkout line, we always check out what the person in front of us is buying. I guess that's why they call it a checkout line. Whether it's boredom or noseyness, we
tend to be interested in what's in their cart.

Yesterday the woman in front of me caught my attention. She was pretty obese and I wouldn't judge her, as she could be trying to lose weight; I'd give her the benefit of the doubt. As she started unloading her cart I noticed what she was buying: chips, cookies, ice cream, TV dinners, you
get the picture. If she's getting them just for her kids, then I guarantee they're already or on their way to obesity. I had a feeling the whole family had her weight problem.

And she can't claim ignorance that she doesn't know any better on how to eat. I know this woman knows if you eat chips and cookies you're going to get fat.

But here's the problem with the rest of the population. They do try to lose weight and eat right but are still packing on weight. They don't eat junk food, nor do they eat a lot, yet they are still fat. So what gives?

See, the thing is that most everyone knows next to nothing on the right way to eat right: should you eat lots of carbs or no carbs; what about eliminating all fat, or do you go hight fat. And what quantities. This is where it get confusing and muddled. One diet out there contradicts the next. No
wonder everyone is so confused.

In my Body Sculpting Eating System -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - I
clear everything up for you. You'll find out what foods to eat and in what quantities. I make it simple so anyone can follow along and melt off any excess fat off her body. So, now you'll never be confused about what to eat ever again.

Eddie Baran

Look Younger, Feel Younger

Ever notice that most kids look and feel young. "Well, no duh," you say to me. "It's because they ARE young, you maroon." Yes, you are correct. But not all kids are youthful. Some are lethargic, have no energy and are pretty much old people.

And then there are those adults who have no age, they have an eternal internal spring of youth and vitality. Chronological age matters not to them.

The difference is this: the kids and those ageless adults move in a certain way, they exercise and play in a unique manner, they do certain activities that are youthful.

Certain movements are indiciative of youthful bodies. You don't have to partake in playing kickball or hopscotch, or any other games if that doesn't appeal to you. All you need to do is mimic the important youth building motions that they do.

My Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - is filled to the brim wth movements that make you look and feel younger. In a sense, they do make you
younger - tighter toned body, fat-less body, stronger more flexible muscles, graceful and agile.

Pot Belly Dancing

A couple weeks ago at my good friend Matt Furey's birthday party, there was a belly dancer there to
entertain us.

She was very talented and had amazing control of her abdominal muscles. The jiggle in her midsection was all control and intentional. This kind of belly dancing can be a beautiful thing to watch.

But then there are those whose bellies dance unintentionally, be it when they walk or just ever so
slightly move, it wiggles and jiggles to its own tune. Although this pot belly dancing is embarassing
and a nuisance, there is hope for anyone who suffers.

Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - will get rid of any jelly belly you might have now and replaces it with a tight and toned tummy. Here's how it works for you:

First, the multitasking exercises carve off all the excess fat from your abdomen.

Next, you firm up and strengthen your abs to further chisel them.

Finally, you get to keep your newly sculpted abs so your pot belly never comes back.

Belly dancing should be by choice and not an uncontrollable activity due to excess flab around the
midsection.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. If your belly is dancing and jiggling like jolly St. Nick's, then sculpt yourself a new one now

Why Flexible Abs Give You Flat Abs

Most people don't realize it but if you want to have a flat tummy you need to have a flexible tummy. Most people when they think of flexibility think only of their legs and doing the splits. But a flexible
abdomen is critical for the health and tone of your entire body.

When you stretch your stomach, you are doing the following:

1. Elongating the muscles of the abdomen. This helps improve your posture, lenghtens your torso and tones the core area.

2. Strengthen these muscles. This increases core strength and reduces your risk of back injury.

3. Builds the core muscles by improving function and range of motion during exercise, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the exercises.

4. Shapes and tones your midsection by

In my program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - you will get many exercises that give you the toned, strong, sleek and flexible abs you need.

These aren't your typical ab exercises. They're effective and work. The only way they don't work is
if you don't do them.

Eddie Baran

Show Off Your Fine Body This Summer

When I was in college, I had a classmate who was on the rather -how do I put this gently- beefy side. She was a good 30lbs overweight. As most young women are, she was very self-concious about her size. And being that this was southern California where it's etched in law that you have to be perfect (and where violators would be punished by ridicule and scorn), she was especially shy about her body. So she covered herself up to hide.

In the winter time this strategy made sense but not when it was 100-degrees and a beautiful summer day. That was how she dealed with her weight problem. She hid from it. She not only hid her body
from others but she also hid it from herself. Out if sight out of mind, she reasoned.

Well, finally one year she decided to do something constructive about her figure instead of just running away from it. She started an exercise program and began eating right. And she kept to it. By summer time she had shed most of the excess blubber of her body and all of the excess clothing. She hid no more. She was proud of her accomplishment and wanted every one to see. And see they did. The men noticed her because they were men and she had a nice figure. Other women noticed her
because all the men noticed her. She was now competition.

I asked her what prompted her to change and stick to it, to which she said, quite frankly, that she wanted to show off her body for summer. She wanted to wear nice clothes when the weather was hot. She wanted men to notice her and the women too. This was her goal and she stuck to it. You might see this as shallow or vain but we all want to be noticed in a good way. Just so happens that she improved her health too so the results are not just cosmetic.

If you're in the same boat and want to get a fine body to show off to everyone this summer, then you need a program that will get you there in the fastest time possible: Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - will do it better, easier and faster than you think.

Why You Should Keep Secrets

Ever notice how the unhappy unsuccessful people are the ones who are always trying to belittle your
goals and accomplishments. They're the ones who never have a word of encouragement, who
say you can't do it, and that you shouldn't aim so high.

The successful winners, on the other hand, always are the first to cheer you on, to tell you that you
can do anything you set your mind to. Sometimes they believe more in you than you believe in yourself.

But these people are few and far between. Unfortunately, most of us come up against the negative, destructive types who have no genuine interest in your success.

I remember when I started studying gymnastics at age 35. Most of the people I told laughed at me and said I was too old, too clumsy, too stiff to do anything like this.

And then there was the time when I wanted to start my own business. I told some people about this goal and they just laughed. "Too foolish," they said. "Impractical," "Not in this economy" or "You need
something stable and secure. A company job." And there was this one, which I really loved: "You don't
have what it takes."

Of course these people were miserable in their lives and small-minded to boot. They couldn't see past their own self-made, artificial limitations. And they certaintly didn't want me to succeed. Misery loves company, right.

Well, five years later and I'm sure glad I listened tomy gut and not to the naysayers.

You might be coming up against some of these negative types when you tell them you want to get
into incredible physical shape and build a fantastic figure. They might scoff at your aspirations and think you'll fail, that you'll quit or won't get far. Well, none of that matters. All that matters is that you do the things that you've got to do. Both you and I know that you have what it takes.

Next time someone tries to discourage you from carrying out a goal, consider the source and what
they've accomplished. Better yet, sometimes it's best to keep certain things secret from certain people.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

To the Moms

When I was growing up my mom made sure I went out and got plenty of exercise. Although I was a bit addicted to TV like most kids my age, she insisted I get outside and play. She alwaystook my brother and me to our little league, pop warner and pee wee basketball games. Thanks to her I was instilled with the value of physical fitness that has carried with me to this day.

In fact, this value of physical health is so important to me now that I am blessed to be showing others how to improve their lives through proper exercise and diet. So thank you for giving me this, mom. I love you.

Whatever your mom has given you, make sure to thank her. And if you're a mom yourself, then let me also thank you for doing the most important, and toughtest, job on the planet.

The Donut People

In the movie Henry Fool there is a scene where our hero, and title character, instructs his protege on
the Three Kinds of There:

There's "There" as in "There is the donut."

Then there's "Their" as in "It is their donut."

And finally, there's "They're" as in "They're the donut people."

Grammar lessons aside, I'm actually much more fascinated by these donut people. Just who are the donut people anyway.

Quite simply, a donut person is one who is what he eats: doughy, fatty, rotund, round, soft and
unsubstantial. You don't want to be a donut person and you don't have to be one. Most people know
better than to eat donuts and other junk foods. But they are still thoroughly confused about what else
to avoid eating so they don't turn into a donut.

These are the some common questions most people have regarding how to eat:

1. What other kinds of foods should you avoid.

2. Do you have to eliminate carbs.

3. Can you eat fats.

4. What foods make you lean while being good for your heart and digestive system.

5. How much of these foods can you eat.

6. Can you ever eat donuts and when.

Good questions all. There is just too much to go into detail here, but I shed light on these in the
Body Sculpting Eating System, which comes along with the Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women course. With this combination you will get the exercise program and the food program to
cover all your bases.

P.P.S. I recently had someone correct my grammar about my using "you're" instead of "your." I know
the difference, thank you much, as it was just a typo from writing too fast and too late at night.

Look Forward to Each Day

Deep within us we all have the tools to succeed, to reach our goals. Sometimes it's a major life-changing event that tips the scales in our favor; or sometimes it's another person who can help us find
within ourselves what we need to realize our dreams; and other times it can be something simple. No matter what it is, we all have everything but we can all use a little help in getting to where we want to go. When this happens, something magical happens and your life becomes something you love instead of something you tolerate.

I received an email the other day from a woman who is using the program as a tool to uncover her own greatness.

***

Hi Eddie,

I just want you to know how much of a difference your program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com -
has made in my life. I have never felt as good as I do right now at this moment, and the positive energy flourishes even more every single day.

I feel stronger today than I did yesterday, mentally and physically. The brain fog has cleared. I can't wait to get home each afternoon so that I can do my exercises. In fact, I have so much energy that
I have found myself needing to go out for a run because I can't sit down on the couch - I've got to move, and there is just so much to get out there to see and accomplish.

Before I began, all of my slacks were tight and they are already getting loose. The transition that I have made in such a short amount of time is remarkable. Your system is giving me the guidance
to truly shape a body that reflects what I have on the inside - strength and determination and the willingness to always lend a hand. Yesterday I found myself pushing harder than I ever have before and I was talking to myself and really unleashing that positive energy, and I knew then that I will not be turning back - no burnout, no injuries, no excuses! Something just clicked yesterday, and I am positive that I am on the right path.

I look forward to each day as it blossoms so that I can reap all of the benefits that this world has to offer. Thanks for helping me grow.

Old Lady Needs Advice

Here's an email I got from a 57-year old woman. Her subject line was "Old lady needs advice." Her
words, bit mine, Below is my answer to her:

***

Dear Mr. Baran;

I am a 57 year old, post menopausal woman who three years ago suffered a brain stem stroke. At
the time, I was using the treadmill thirty minutes a day, 4-5 days a week. For about a year after the
stroke, I still did the treadmill but my balance was a bit impaired. The doctors have recently discovered that I have adrenal fatigue and hypoglycemia, therefore, I have radically changed my diet.

I ordered your book Body Sculpting Body Weight Exercises for Women
http://www.eddiebaran.com and had previously purchased Combat Conditioning by Matt Furey. They are both terrific books and I would love to have the strength and toning that I see illustrated in these books.

I guess my question is, how long is it going to take for me to be comfortable doing some of your
exercises (for example, I can only do 25-30 Hindu Squats and cannot do Hindu pushups at all). Is
this something that I can realistically do.

I desperately want to be in fabulous condition even at my age and believe I can. Could you give me
some input on my situation. I realize you must be incredibly busy but I would appreciate greatly some
feedback.

Thank you.
Rebecca Crosswy

***

EB: Rebecca, Thank you for your letter. First off, when I read the subject line to your email I was
expecting a 90-year old woman, not one who's 57. 57 is not old at all. I realize you were using
self-deprecating humor but first order of business is to never think of yourself this way. Once you
turn 90, then you can call yourself an old lady.

To answer your question, yes, the number of squats and pushups is something you can realistically do - in due time. Don't expect to be doing these right off the bat. It takes time. The only way you won't be able to do these is if you give up. Otherwise you will succeed.

You are already doing well on the squats and will just need a little more time. Patience is the fastest
way to results. Keep at it and follow the workout suggestions in the book, as well as supplelmenting these with easier exercises. Sane goes for the pushups.

There are many beginner exercises in this book for those who are not yet strong enough at first.
Continue doing these foundational exercises and you will eventually be strong enough to get the
numbers you want.

Keep at it and you will reach your goals.

Don't ever say you're too old or not good enough to get the body you want and deserve . Anything is possible with the right program

Perfect for Mom

Whether you are a mom or you have one, Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women
http://www.eddiebaran.com
is the perfect gift for her. My own mom, who is in her 70's just started the program herself. She's not quite at the advanced level but she can do many of the beginning exercises. She was bored with other exercise programs but does enjoy this one.

Your mom will love this gift. And it will stay with her forever.

Best wishes,

PS. Don't waste your gift on flowers. Give her strength, endurance, flexibility and agility on a leaner, healthier body

How to Be Happy

Someone once said that we should "learn how to be happy with what we have while we pursue all
that we want." With sculpting a better body this is just as true as with career, relationships or money.
While you're on the way to that strong, lean and sleek figure -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - you should be happy with yourself and your progress during the journey.

Sometimes it's really easy to get into the habit of being so focused on a goal that you won't allow
yourself to be happy until you get there. This is actually counterproductive. I've had clients who were on their quest for that beautiful body that they were so fixated on getting there that they never enjoyed the process; they wouldn't allow themselves to be happy until they hit it.

They weren't getting the emotional benefits from where they were and their progress faltered. Until
they finally became happy with where they were did they actually break through the plateau and cruise
on to reach their goals.

Bodies respond to happiness, not stress or toil, and only then are able to progress fully; You can't be uptight and your goal should not feel like a burden.

Truth is, you won't be happy when you reach your goals unless you're happy along the way to it.
Although it can be hard sometimes, be pleased with where you're at while striving for your goals.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

The Return of Dorm Butt

When I was a freshman in college, a common term applied to the girls who packed on weight on
their derriere during their first year was 'Dorm Butt.' More commonly known as the Freshman 15
(for the typical poundage acquired), this less-than-complimentary term was a major sore spot for almost all the new female students. If you wanted to raise a co-ed's ire, just mention these
words to her.

Although all the guys gained weight, too, for some reason it was ok for them to get fatter. But not the
women. Yes, it was unfair but that's the way it was back in the 1980's. I'm sure things haven't changed
much today.

When these girls left home for the first time they did tend to eat more than usual. And that fattening
dorm food was just exacerbating the problem. Combine this with less exercise, a cooled-off
metabolism and you've got a nice recipe for fat around the fanny.

We see the return of dorm butt when a women reaches her 30's. Her metabolism chills even more, she exercises even less and her food choices are rotten. As before, this happens to men just the same, but for some unfair reason it's more accepted with them than it is with women. Whether you're a man or a woman, this is a critical phase in your life.

You've got to look honestly at yourself and ask if you're going to fight this reoccurence of dorm butt and get back to your lean body; or are you going to give up and throw in the towel, only to watch your rear end and your gut forever expand into the farthest corners of the universe.

If you give up then there's not a lot I can help you with. Heck, nobody can. You're a lost cause since
you need to do what needs to be done and no one else can.

But if you do want to fight the good fight then you're destined to get a sleek and toned body. You will do the exercises and eat the right foods, all of which are necessary to carve off the freshman fanny
(even if you're in your 50's). You can't help but succeed. And you will.

Super Size Americans

This past Saturday I was having dinner with a business client from Great Britain. When the waitress came to serve our food he laughed and commented how he had forgotten the gigantic
portions they give us here.

In Europe, he told me, they don't serve nearly the same amount of food. They have much smaller
portions and seems like nobody minds it.

Here in the States, though, things are quite different. We super-size all of out meals, not just the fast food ones. We think we're getting value this way even though we do end up paying more for it
anyway. For some reason we need to stuff as much in our face at every meal as we possibly can.

The bad thing is that without proper portion control your body can really balloon. If you engorge yourself at every meal you'll end up packing on the pounds like nobody's business.

This is one of the reasons that most Americans are fat. That and they are inactive and don't move a muscle in their body unless it's to shove more hostess twinkies down their gullet.

Portion control is critical in reducing the size of your girth. So is eating the right foods. If you're unsure about what foods to eat and how much, then consult the Body Sculpting Eating System that
comes gratis with my exercise program at
http://www.eddiebaran.com .

Best wishes and best eating,

Eddie Baran

P.S. I have a good friend who visited a certain state that she christened the "Super -Size State" because
the people were, well, Super Sized. Seems like every one in the state had no clue about mealportions or exercise

Get Your Best Body Now

Most people never get what they want out of life because they never even take the first step. "One day I will sculpt a beautiful body," she says to herself, knowing full well she never will even try. But it makes her feel better to say this because it seems like she is setting a goal. Of course that's all she will do. That "one day" comes and goes, and so does her chance for that beautiful body -
lean, chisled legs, glutes and abs; strong, flexibile, agile and resilient.

Setting a goal means absolutely nothing unless you analyze or put it off for tomorrow. But in order to
achieve anything in life, be it a better body or a better job or whatever it is, you must take that first step.

This is the difference between those who are successful in life and those who aren't. It's not talent or magic or luck. It's just a matter of doing and doing the right things in the right way. Now.

How to Not Waste Your Time Exercising

Karen is like most women who try to get sleek and fit. She spends waaaay too much time in the gym and getting poor results. Let's see, she does 20-30 minutes of cardio, then she does another 40-60 minutes of resistance training with weights and machines, then she does yoga for flexibility, and maybe an aerobics class.

I commend her on her efforts because she is really trying but the problem is that she's not getting the results. So why is this. Well, because she is not doing the right things in the right way all that time,
effort and energy she is putting in is being flushed down the toilet.

What she should be doing are bodyweight exercises -
http://www.eddiebaran.com . This way she will get the strength training, flexibility, cardio and agility all in one exercise. Not only that, she is going to sculpt and tone her entire body. And all this in minimal time. You can get results in just 15 minutes a day. No more hour long workouts to get minimal results. Of course if you want to workout long, you can. But you don't have to. You're choice.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

Secondhand Fat Kills - It's more deadly than smoke

Secondhand Fat Kills. It's more deadly than smoke.

Such is the headline of an article in a science journal that reported recent findings by an American physician.

According to this article "...invisible particles of fat detach themselves from obese people and are breathed in by those around them." Can't argue with that. I'm convinced. Talk about bullet-proof science.

Did I say this is from a "science journal." I meant to say a "science FICTION journal." The same issue has these wonderful articles: "Osama bin Laden marries Hitler's Clone" and "Leprachaun Colony Found." Okay, so this is another gem from my favorite paper "The Weelkly World News." Although this rag is all about satire and absurdity they still manage to bring up a good point.

We might laugh at idea of secondhand fat but does someone else's fat harm another person? Well, obviously not in the way the "Weekly World News" states it but how about other ways. For example, wouldn't you agree that an obese parent influences their kid in a negative way. I'm not talking about genetics here, but environment. If a parent is 800-lbs and their kids are learning the same detrimental
behaviors, then these secondhand behaviors can ultimately destroy their child.

Plus, you could argue that obesity is more deadly than smoke. So perhaps at least the headline to this article is not complete fiction.

The fact of the matter is the only way to avoid secondhand fat is to take charge of your own body. You need to have strong enough character to avoid societal influences like all the fast food, TV and laziness which permeates American society.

You need the right tools to strengthen your character to make yourself immune to secondhand fat. You need the best exercise program and the best eating program to ensure your health. The Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women program along with the Body Sculpting Eating System -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - are the tools you need to combat this.

Eddie Baran

Lose the Love Handles

Usually when we think of core training, we think of the abs and lower back. We'll sometimes separate the abs into lower, middle and upper. We'll bridge, do situps, leg raises among other exercises to get our midsection strong.

But one area of the core that is woefully neglected by too many people are the obliques, the sides of the abs. This is a huge mistake. The obliques act as stabilizers of the front and back of the core, as well as prime movers in sideways motions. The obliques are the muscles underneath the love handles.

I know a few idiot so-called fitness gurus recommend against working the obliques because they'll make the love handles look bigger. What fools. What makes love handles bigger are love handles, fat, flab, blubber. Exercising the obliques will tighten and tone them, making them lean and strong. It'll have a slimming effect even though they'll have more muscle.

The key is to know how to train the obliques. Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com - shows you just how to burn off the obliques and will do wonders for the sides of your core. Whichever exercises you choose to work your obliques, just make sure you do them for a completely lean midsection.

Eddie Baran

4 Excuses Not to Exercise

I've previously spoken about how many folks will sabatoge their health and happiness with excuses on why they won't better themselves. It's an odd thing. I mean we all do it, but when you look at it logically, excuses just don't hold water.

The beauty of this program is that it's excuse-proof. Any excuse you can think of Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women destroys:

1. I don't have enough time - It only takes 5-15 minutes to do to get into great shape.

2. I need to go to a gym - No you don't. Work out at home or anywhere your body is.

3. I need equipment - Again, all you need is your body.

4. It's too difficult or it's only for elite athletes like gymnasts or dancers - Not true. Although originally designed for this purpose, it's for anybody at any level. Even complete couch potatos who haven't exercised in years.

So you see, there's really no excuse not to get into the best shape of your life. Do yourself a favor, and get the program here

News from Lard, Texas

There's a great article in my favorite publication, the Weekly World News (you know, the rag that
showcases space aliens and Big Foot). Say what you will about this fishwrap but if they call
themselves 'The World's Only Reliable Newspaper' then that's good enough for me.

The article in question was about a law that was recently passed in a small town that created quite
the uproar. This new law would require waiters and fast food workers to stop feeding any patron
they feel is overeating. Seems like the good town of the aptly-named Lard, Texas is suffering from an obesity problem, and this little berg is knee-deep in fat.

Modeled after laws granting bartenders the right to quit serving alcohol to barflies, this new law will
allow restaurant employees to refuse serving customers they feel are eating too much. This is to try to get a hold on the small town's weight problem.

Is this a good idea or not. Well, on the one hand, if somebody wants to get as obese as they want to
it's their right to. On the other hand, it does end up costing us money when they get sick. Plus,
sometimes we need to help those who can't help themselves.

Well, either way there's an easier way to cut the blob from your body than resorting to passing
extreme laws. The Body Sculpting Eating System, which comes with my fitness program -
http://www.eddiebaran.com , is easy to do and healthful to boot. Best of all it won't require you to move to Lard, TX to control your eating.

Best wishes,
