Running Slow and Far Makes You Fat

It's true. Take a look at the majority of joggers out there. They're not very lean. Whether they're fat or thin they're still flabby. They're bodies are weak and beat up. They're in pain and they know it.

Yet they still continue to run long distances in the hopes of getting fit and lean. The irony is that as far and slowly as they run they are getting nowhere fast. Try as they might they're just beating a dead horse.

They're wasting their time and wasting their bodies running all over the place trying to get slim and in shape. There's a much better way. A much faster way. A much easier way:

Run fast and short distances, not long and slow. Let's take a look at the benefits to this type of training and the advantages over typical long distance running.

1. Burns fat faster.

2. Builds lean muscles.

3. Develops huge heart and lung capacity.

4. Won't destroy your joints.

5. Takes as little as 6 minutes to get into supreme shape.

My friend Tim Kauppinen has a superb new program that shows you exactly how to run fast in order to blowtorch the fat off your body, get into the best cardiovascular shape of your life, get a renewed energy source.

Add this tool to your fitness toolbox to really sculpt your body. You can do his workout 2-3 times per week and it takes minutes to do. Get over here as fast as you can.

All the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Run fast NOW here.

Don't Settle for Less

We humans are a strange lot. We accept so many things in our life that we shouldn't. We settle on our career by staying in jobs we hate and dread; we settle on our partners because we terrified of being alone and we don't think we can get any better.

And of course, more than anything, we settle on our bodies because we think we're supposed to be unfit and unhealthy.

This, to us, is normal. But really it's not normal. Typical, but not normal. All this settling is rather, well, unsettling. You were not intended to settle for anything less than best.

This is not a call for you to go out and dump your mate or quit your job, as that's not my business and I'm not qualified to help with those things. But my business is bodies and I can help with that.

If you've settled on being flabby, weak, stiff and old because that's what you think you deserve, then you're badly mistaken. Your body was intended to be lean, strong and athletic. Don't settle for anything less than.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Don't settle on anything but your best body. Go here.

Why Abdominal Fat is Dangerous

There are those people who say that they are not interested in losing weight, that they are perfectly happy having large stomachs. I think it's a good thing to feel positive about yourself no matter what your body is like. But there does come a point when you have to face facts that a large midsection is a danger to her health.

Fat around the middle is not just an indicator of poor health, it is actually a risk factor for heart disease and type 2 diabetes. And it's not just the amount of flab around the gut it's the size of the fat cells. Size of abdominal fat cells could predict whether someone is a risk for type 2 diabetes, regardless of whether she was obese or not.

So what this means is that even if you aren't obese you still might be at risk for this type of diabetes, especially if you are prone to having an apple-shaped belly.

And get this. Researchers at University of North Carolina found that diet alone did not reduce the size of abdominal fat cells.

So if you're not super heavy and you already eat well, how can you reduce the size of your abdominal fat cells to protect your health?

The answer is EXERCISE.

These scientists found that the only thing to reduce the size of the cells was exercise. It's not just about eating right or being slender. You must exercise and move your body to reduce your risk for diabetes. Vigorous exercise that where you move your body in its entirety (like in my program here ) is the kind of movement your body needs.

So reducing ab fat, be it the amount of it around your middle or the size of the cells, is not only about having a toned and sleek middle, although that's a nice side benefit. It's primarily about getting optimal health.

All the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. There's no better program out there for reducing the size of your middle than Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women

Avoid Your Coworkers

Years ago I was a corporate drone for a huge multinational company in the Silicon Valley. I worked long hours for peanuts, was constantly berated and felt trapped. I was oppressed by the Man, I tell ya, oppressed. All of us - my fellow indentured servants and I - we're pretty different but we had two things in common:

1, We were all miserable and 2, our bodies were soft and mushy. I was lifting weights at the time and hadn't yet discovered bodyweight exercises so I was watching my bodyfat steadily rise.

One day I looked around the office and noticed all the bad habits everyone had and decided that I was going to do things differently.

Instead of taking the elevator, I took the stairs.

Instead of using the bathroom on the same floor, I used the one on the first floor so I'd have to use the stairs.

Instead of playing video games at break time, I went for walks.

In other words, I pretty much avoided my coworkers and their self-destructive habits.

Just these small changes helped quite a bit. I started losing fat and my energy levels increased. Not only that, my mood really improved and I wasn't such a depressive like the other downers there. (Later I would start on bodyweight exercises and the flab would fly off). My coworkers, on the other hand, got sadder and fatter by the day.

If you're truly serious about getting fit, lean and strong then you need Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women. If not, then at the very least do yourself this favor:

Move your body whenever you can. Take the stairs, walk to the store if possible, throw away the remote and get off your seat and change the channel manually. Any chance you get, MOVE your body.

These little things add up. Sure, they do burn some calories but most importantly they develop the body-moving habit. You will start re-wiriing your brain that movement is good, movement is healthy, movement is critical. This is what your body was designed to do in the first place: Move.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. If you love movement and realize its role in your health and happiness, then you need to have Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women.

How to Get Home

A few years back I was traveling home on a business trip on the East Coast. It was a cross country jaunt from Florida to Oregon. On the first leg of the trip I had that wonderful middle seat right in between two big talkers. 'Big' as in they wouldn't stop talking, and 'big ' as in big bodied. I was squeezed in there like a sardine.

The guy in front of me had the biggest head in the world. It was positively ginormous and blocked out the tiny postage stamp-sized movie screen in front of him. All I could see of the movie was the upper right hand corner of the screen. To add insult to injury he spent the whole flight reclined in his chair laying right on top of me.

Not a great time.

When I got into Denver for my connection, my next flight had been cancelled. This shouldn't have surprised me since Denver International is the Bermuda Triangle of airports. Good luck trying to get out of there. What made this even more fun was that there wouldn't be any flights to my home in Portland for the rest of the night. So I had to wait an additional 2 hours for a flight to Seattle; and from there I'd rush to make the last flight to Portland. The trip took an extra 5 hours. 13 hours of travel.

Although it was a hellacious experience, I never thought once of quitting. I knew I'd eventually get home. I wasn't about to take up residence in Denver. That was out of the question. It took some work and time but I did get home.

You might think I sound like an idiot here, saying to yourself "Whaddya mean quit? You're traveling home. You don't quit. You make adjustments and eventually you get home."

And that's precisely my point: You zig, you zag, you do whatever it takes and eventually you're home. The journey is rarely straight line and sometimes it's not all that fun.

Fitness is the exact same thing. You should never just stop mid-journey and call it quits because of a delay or a bump in the road. No. You keep going, find a way to your destination, your home.

Many of you are stuck outside of home because you're traveling via the equivalent of a blind and crippled snail (i.e. weights, machines, gyms) instead of a by rocket, i.e. Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women.

A strong, lean, healthy, sleek body is your home. If you are anything but, you are not home. Fat, out of shape, unhealthy is not natural and is never your home. You do no not belong in Fatsville or Blobland just like I didn't belong in Denver. So don't stop until you get home. (And then take care of your home.)

All the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Fly home first class by going here . It's the fastest and easiest way to go.

5 Tips to Flatten Your Tummy

Getting fabulous abdominals is simpler than you might think. Even if your jelly belly is jiggly and bulbous, you can reverse this and make it something sensational. Follow these 5 tips and you will sculpt an incredible midsection:

1. Move whenever you can. This means taking the stairs, walking to the store if possible. The more you move your body, the more your muscles work, the more calories you burn, and the flatter your belly becomes.

2. Do the same exercises that the women with the best abs do. I'm talking about gymnasts and martial artists. My program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women is filled to the brim with these ab flattening exercises, with beginning through advanced variations.

3. When you exercise your abs, focus on your stomach getting smaller. There is something magical that happens when you tell your muscles what they should look like while you are training them. It sounds a little "out there" but it works. Think lean, tight, strong, sculpted midsection. Don't just do the motion. Put your intention into the movement.

4. When you do simple tasks like sit in a chair, stand or walk, make sure to engage your tummy muscles. This means holding in your gut and not letting it hang out or balloon. During the mundane parts of your day is when your abs tend to relax. Keep your tummy tucked throughout the day. At first this will be hard to do but eventually you will get used to it. Eventually your abdominal muscles will be strong and toned enough you won't even think about holding your gut in. (Note: This simple tip is worth it's weight in gold.)

5. Eat the right foods. No junk or unnatural foods. (For a detailed description on what to eat and what not to, check out my Body Sculpting Eating System that comes with my program).

Following these 5 tips alone will completely transform your tummy and lose he flab. And remember that when you tighten the abs and the rest of the body follows.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Nothing says Health and Vitality like a tight and toned tummy. To get one fast, go here NOW.

How to Relieve Lower Back Pain

If any of you have suffered from the agonizing torture of lower back pain, then you're going to want to pay close attention to this message.

When most people hurt their backs they usually opt for serious and expensive remedies, like surgery or pills. Or they wear braces, have special ergonometric furniture and completely baby themselves. None of these so-called solutions lead to a long-term, permanent solution. At best they are band aids. At worst they are expensive wastes of time and money (and hope) that can do more harm than good.

The real solution in many of these cases are simple exercises. These simple and quick exercises build and repair the injured back - permanently. This is not temporary. If most people knew about this they'd never even consider those other painful, expensive options.

Ben Rifkin suffered miserably from lower back pain due to a freak accident. Because of the excruciating agony his life was a mess. That is until he figured out what to do. Read how he turned his life around, saving his sanity and his health. His story might help you if you have any kind of lower back pain.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Even if you don't have back pain, there is no better prevention than getting your lower back nice and strong, just in case. Go here NOW to read more.

Mother of Four Looks Great, say Friends

Here's the latest installment of the mailbag, including a question from a mother of four who is proving moms can look and feel great.

Dear Eddie:

I have been doing your exercises for a while now. I have always been an avid gym goer, so the change has been nice.  I do notice that without going to the gym I am looking more sculpted with out losing muscle. I do have a problem keeping an interesting program going and tend to do the same ones by pure habit. Could you give a few more sample work outs for those who are already in shape and want to push themselves further. I also want to say that I am 33 yrs old have four children 9,7,6,4 and people comment all the time that I look great and I tell them it's because of Eddie.
Thanks,
Vanessa

Vanessa,
Nice work. Always great to hear success stories from the mothers out there. Now that you've reached a high fitness level it's time to start varying the workouts. This is key in progressing further. No matter how great a workout is, your body will adapt to it and your results will plateau.

Your body and your brain get bored. There are a number of workouts in the back of my body sculpting book as well as a workout generator that comes with the DVD's. If you've already done these routines and are looking for more, here's what you can do.

Instead of me giving you more sample workouts, I will show you how to design your own. A key thing to have when planning your workouts is variety. Do some exercises with high repetitions, some with medium repetitions and some with low repetitions. Also vary the speed in which you do them - fast, slow, medium. You can also vary the rest time between sets, as this completely changes the workout. You're at the advanced level so you're probably training 4-6 days a week. You shouldn't do the same workout more than twice a week.

Follow these tips and you'll keep your workouts fresh and fun, and you'll continue getting great results.

---

That's it for today. I've got more questions to answer next time so make sure to keep reading.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Mothers are starting to get fitter than their daughters. And that's the way it should be

Can You Prevent Menopause with Exercise?

When my friend Mary went through menopause, she experienced a rapid increase in the agingm process: fat gain, muscle loss, bone-density loss, fatigue, and a host of other problems. She felt it was all over, physically speaking, for her. And she wondered if there was something she could've done about it. She asked me if she could have prevented menopause by exercise.

The answer is No, you cannot prevent menopause. BUT - and this is a big but - you can decrease the frequency and severity of the symptoms through exercise. And the sooner you start exercising the less the symptoms.

Inactive women in their 40's and 50's, like Mary, suddenly notice a huge increase in body deterioration due to decreasing estrogen levels.

Mary is now on my bodysculpting program and is reaping the benegits. The bodyweight exercises are helping to reverse the aging process in the following ways:

1. Increase bone density from the resistance of using your own bodyweight.

2. Increase in muscle tone.

3. Decrease in fat loss due to increase in activity and muscle tone.

4. Increase in energy.

5. Increase in joint mobility.

6. Increase in cardiovascular endurance.

I could go on with the other benefits but the point is that Mary is counterbalancing the effects of menopause with exercise. She can't totally stop it but she's definitely diminishing it's effects on her.

All the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Doesn't matter what your age or level. Get out there and move your body. Make it strong and lean with Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises

Be Better Than Yourself

The American writer William Faulkner once said that you shouldn't bother being better than others. "Try to be better than yourself," was his advice. Being better than others might not necessarily be much of an accomplishment. Besides, does it really matter how you compare to someone else? No.

Anyone who takes up the endeaveor of self-improvement knows that only being concerned about being better than
yourself, and not others, is truly the only way to go. To continually better yourself means that you are always growing, always improving, and never drifting away, never getting old.

Sure, most of us probably work hard to be better than others, especially if we're competing. But if we just try to be better than ourselves each time we take a task, we are no doubt going to improve. However if we try to be better than the other guy, we might not get any better at all.

When it comes to health and fitness, there is no better way to get better than yourself than Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women. A stronger you, a leaner you, a fitter you, a better you.

"Always dream and shoot higher than you know how to. Don't bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself." - William Faulkner

Eddie Baran

Puts the Fun into Functional Fitness

Whenever I start training a new client the first thing I tell her is that she has to have fun: Fun with the exercises, fun with her attitude, fun with herself. I drive home the fact that she cannot take herself too seriously. This may be hard for her to do. Afterall, she comes to me upset at how she looks and feels. She's desperate for a change. The last thing she feels like doing is not take this seriously. I take her seriously so how can she not?

I'm not asking her to not be serious about training; I'm not talking about goofing off or ignoring her goals. This doesn't mean you should slack off and not work out. No. It means when you do work out, have a light attitude. The more you relax the faster the results come. The more you make exercise like play the faster your results. When you do this you will enjoy the journey along the way to your goal.

Learn from kids or animals at play. Those who move their bodies in a happy way become healthy and fit a lot faster and easier than those who hate movement. You need to do the same. Choose fun exercises and choose to have fun when you do them. The exercises in my program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women are fun to do and effective. When you do my program you can leave your seriousness at the door. Just let the exercises do the work for you and enjoy the ride.

All the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. The exercises in my program are not only fast working and effective, they are fun to do. They put the fun in functional fitness.

Fitness in 15 minutes a day

One question I get asked the most is if it's possible to really get fit in only 15 minutes each day with my Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women. The answer is YES. You absolutely can get fit in this little amount of time.

You may ask how can this be. Afterall, aren't you told to do at least 20 minutes of cardio followed by an 60 minutes of weight training. That's what you've been told but this is without a doubt not the only way, and it's certainly not the best way.

So how is it possible to get such great results in so little time.

FIrst off, let's realize that most people out there are so inactive that even 2 minutes a day will improve their current fitness state. 2 minutes is better than no minutes by far.

But what of the average gym goer who wastes her precious time and is not the typical inactive American. She will stll get a better workout in 15 minutes with my bodyweight program than what she's been doing.

These bodyweight exercises give you more bang for the buck. You work more of your body by doing these movements. Instead of isolating a single body part like you would with weights or machines, you are working your entire body all at once. When you do this you burn more calories, your muscles get a better workout, more of your muscles are worked and you are breathing heavy so you are also getting your heart and lungs worked.

It's doing your cardio workout at the same time as your strength workout. When you do your muscle building exercises with the cardio exercises this leads to a better overall workout. An all in one training sessions.

This is what I refer to as a Multi-tasking exercise system: getting your cardio, strength, flexibility and agility and sculpting every muscle in the entire body all in the same workout with only a few simple exercises.

The answer is YES. Just 15 minutes a day to sculpt an athletic and sleek body.

Best wishes,

Eddie Baran

P.S. See for yourself. 15 minutes a day to a leaner, stronger, healthier YOU.

If the Pants Don't Fit You Must Commit

The famous American lawyer/poet Johnny Cochrane taught us a thing or two about rhymes, which is thus: you can't argue with the effectiveness of this particular rhetorical device. Nothing makes up for a weak argument like a good rhyme. I guess Dr. Seuss would've made a great trial attorney if all it took were a clever rhyme to sway a jury.

In a courtroom rhyming is nothing but a cheap gimmick. But when it comes to fitness, it can speak volumes. Here's my little variation on a theme by Cochrane:

"If the pants don't fit, you must commit."

In other words, commit yourself to making them fit. And, no, I don't mean taking them to a tailor for alterations.

Commit to an exercise program that burns the fat off your belly, buns, hips and legs and tightens and tones all the muscles in your body. An exercise program like my Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women

Commit to at least 15 minutes a day to getting a sleeker, fitter body that will just make those pants glide on.

Commit your mind to a new vision of yourself and ridding it of any negative thoughts.

Commit to sticking with the program to ensure your success. The only way you can fail is if you quit.

If you commit yourself to doing these things your pants will fit like a glove (sorry, couldn't resist) in no time flat; your bodyfat will drop, your lean muscle tone will increase and your energy will jump through the roof.

Remember: either you commit yourself or you quit yourself.

All the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Some say that I, Crazy Eddie, should be committed - to the loony bin, the funny farm, the booby hatch, the nut house, the cuckoo's nest, the laughing academy - because I'm giving away the book when you get the Body Sculpting DVD's. Go here to find out more.

When is the Best Time to Exercise?

Here are some more of your questions from your emails that I answer:

Eddie,
I want to know which time of the day is better, mornings or at night.
Thanks,
Miriam

Miriam,
Time of day doesn't matter as much as doing the exercises consistently. So pick a time that works for you, a time when you will consistently exercise. I personally prefer exercising in the morning because this will set the tone for the day. You will be energized and have a feeling of great accomplishment. If you have a choice, I'd go with morning.

---

Please take me OFF your emailing list. It is difficult to enjoy your stories and consider your product when the copy is filled with grammatical inaccuracies. DO YOU EVEN SPELL CHECK YOUR LETTERS OR CHECK YOUR GRAMMAR?
Irene Eyestone

Deer Irene,
Me right englush real good and no understand Y U R so upset and Me sad that you cants see past my poor edjacashun to get the informashun that you probly need bad. Don't let something as inconsequential as my poor grammar keep you from getting fit.

---

Eddie,
OK, so I've read all your testimonials, I've tried every diet program out there and to say the least I'm extremely frustrated. I'm a 43 yr old woman, 260lbs, 5'7"....is this a program that is more for someone in decent shape or will this help me to finally win my battle w/the bulge.
Jane

Jane,
The book is designed for women of all levels, from beginners to advanced levels. Here's what I suggest for you. Start walking. Everyday walk. Start with 20 minutes a day. Then the next week add 20 minutes each day. Go through the book and find the exercises that you can do. Even if you can only do 1-2 reps of one exercise that is fine. I cannot tell you how critical this is; it's extremely important to move your body and exercise no matter how little or basic. It's not important that you do a 5 hour workout. Do what you can do. You start where you start and this is where you will begin your road to a fit body. Follow the eating plan that comes with the book so you will drop the pounds even faster. Do not feel discouraged. You will get in shape. The walking, the diet, and the basic exercises will get you moving and into the fitness habit and in no time your body will be different.

---

No matter what your level, start moving your body today. You were not meant to be inactive, weak or less-than. No matter who you are you have greatness in you.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. The time to start your fitness program is NOW. There is no better time. Don't wait. Don't hem and haw. Go here NOW.

Are You Afraid of Your Own Power?

What would happen if you became all that you could be, if you completely lived up to your potential. To some folks this scares them more than anything. To others they don't feel worthy or deserving.

Marianne Williamson nails it squarely on the head. Check this out:

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
- Marianne Williamson

So you see, it's your natural birthright to be magnificent. The only thing that could keep greatness away from you is you not letting your true self be.

All the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Allow your body to become what is is meant to be with Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women.

Osteoporosis and Body Sculpting

Women are told to do weight training to combat bone loss. Where do bodyweight exercises fit into the picture. Read the following letter from a women just diagnosed with osteoporosis and my response:

Eddie,

I just began the women's body sculpting program and am really trying to do all the exercises. I am finding that I have to start with the beginning exercises, but that is ok. I just recently finished treatment for thyroid cancer and I have vowed to get healthy and stay that way.

My question is in regards to osteoporosis. I have already had an exam that shows I have early signs of the disease. Everything I read says you need weight bearing and weight training to prevent further damage. Is the body sculpting meeting both needs. I am a nurse and spend 8-12 hours a day on my feet and I do about 30 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week.

I really don't like weight lifting but the body sculpting is working. I just want to be sure I am doing everything to prevent more bone damage.

Thanks,
Lydia Manzini

Lydia,
First off, good on you for taking matters into your own hands and vowing to get and stay healthy. You have realized that your life can only be improved by you and only YOU.

Now, do the body sculpting exercises help to increase bone density and are they better than weights. The answer is absolutely YES. The body sculpting exercises in my program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women are weight bearing. Handling your own bodyweight is much more weight bearing than weight lifting. Why is this.

Most women lift only light weights which, though providing some resistance, in no way provide as much resistance as bodyweight exercises. Think about it. Which is more weight bearing: doing a curl with a 10-lb dumbell or a pushup. A pushup is, of course.

Here are some other reasons why bodyweight exercises are superior for increasing bone density and increasing your youth:

1. Bodyweight exercises involve moving your entire body in a multipe-joint motion. This increases your growth hormone levels. Very few weight lifting movements do this. Plus, the more of your body you are engaging the more muscle and bone you are improving.

2. Jumping increases bone density as shown in an Oregon State University study. I made sure to include many different types of jumping exercises in my program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women. I call these the Youth Building Exercises.

3. Bodyweight exercises improve balance and body awareness.

4. Bodyweight execises improve posture and body alignment

OK, I can go on and on and on and on. The bottom line is this:

Bodyweight exercises as shown in my program will not only help you prevent further bone damage but will actually increase bone density. And they are much more beneficial than weights anyway so it's a win-win for you. I don't like weight training either so you don't have to do anything you don't want to do just because you think it's beneficial.

Let me know how well it goes for you, Lydia, and have fun rebuilding your bones and body to healthy levels.

Osteoporosis is an issue at any age. You can never start too early in preventing and beating it. If you're under 40 then you might as well get a good jump on it. If you're over 40, then start rebuilding your body and bones. A nice side effect is that you will get a very fine looking body in the process.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. It's true: Jumping increases bone density. Not only that, it also improves balance, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and sculpts some pretty nice looking abs, butt and legs. Follow along with the jumping workout on the bodysculpting DVD's here.

How We Hurry Old Age

Somewhere along the way to adulthood, we stop being childlike and we get old. We stop playing as much, stop laughing as much, stop moving our bodies. Either we're told to do so or we just follow the rest of society like sheep. Lemmings would be more accurate, actually, because at this point we start taking the steep plunge to our deaths.

I guess as adults we don't think it's dignified to be childlike. Instead we are mature, serious, age "gracefully."

What a crock.

What we need to be doing are the same things we did as kids. We should be running fast as we can, jumping high, playing lots of games, moving around on the floor, climbing, rolling, doing calisthenics. Challenging our bodies.

And we need to find the humor in things. We should laugh much more frequently than we do, especially at ourselves, be lighter and more carefree. We take things too darn seriously, and that's the quickest way to the grave. Or maybe it's just the more painful way.

Sure, we have more responsibilities than an 8-year-old has, but since when does that mean we have to be sad about our lives and act like living is a chore. And that we're not supposed to move our bodies anymore.

When most people start bodyweight exercises, they never realize before how hold they had become. All that neglect will ruin your body.

But when you do these wonderful exercises for just a short while, you never realized how young and childlike you could become

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Bodyweight exercises will open your eyes to become a child again in every sense of the word

What America's Next Top Models Need

Last night I was flipping through the channels on the ol' idiot box and ran across America's Next Top Model. I never really watched this show but I decided to tune in because the sight of these wannabe models stopped me in my tracks. It was their bodies that made me take notice. All I could say was "Wow."

"Wow," as in "this is so wrong."

I don't mean to be cruel but Holy Mother of Mary these girls are sickly looking. Body by Biafra. Yeeech. I have no idea how this got to be the paramount of beauty but I'm willing to bet that most people don't think so.

These models are scrawny, boney, no muscles, weak and just truly scary looking. You can tell these girls haven't exercised a day in their life judging by their lack of muscle. They're skeletor because they're not eating enough food (or they're not keeping it down).

I'm not one to cast aspersions on someone's body but when a woman intentionally does harm to herself in the name of beauty, you better believe I'm going to be critical. Too bad the fashion industry's idea of beauty is so unhealthy. When young girls see these scarecrows, no doubt they will try to emulate them. No wonder there are so many girls with eating disorders. A rice cake and a tic tac makes a meal not.

If I had my druthers, here' s what I'd do to shape these girls up:

1. First I'd get them some food. My Body Sculpting Eating System will show them well-balanced meals but I'd even tell them to throw in some donuts and pizza, the Colonel, anything, just to put on a little weight.

2. Next, they desperately need to put some strong muscle on them bones. This is where my Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women comes in. This program will give them a sleek, strong and feminine figure.

Scrawny and boney isn't healthy and it isn't feminine. Toned, fit muscle is.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

How to Get a Better Body When You're Over 40

Many women wonder if my body sculpting program is for them if they're over 40, very overweight and haven't exercised in decades. The answer is a big YES.

You don't have to be young or an athlete to greatly benefit from Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women. There are many middle-aged and even senior body sculptors who were just regular Janes in horrible shape before they started. But by simply following the program they re-engineered their bodies to become lean, strong, and healthy works of art, and in far better shape than most people in their twenties.

If you're a beginner, when you first start any exercise program, make sure to go slowly. Start with the easy exercises and do not try to bust your hump at first. Your body is still getting used to being in motion. If one beginner pushup is all you can do at first, then that's all you should do. Try doing one pushup and rest until you recover. Then do another one. Rest. Keep doing this until you do a certain number This might take you five minutes to do but remember that your body is getting used to exercising. Perhaps the next exercise session you will be able to do two pushups in a row before you need to stop and rest.

Many beginners feel discouraged about where they're starting. Just remember that we all have to start somewhere, and now is the best time to start. Within 3 month's time you will be amazed at the condition and shape of your body. Realize that 3 months will pass whether you exercise or not, so you might as well use it to exercise and rebuild your body. By the time 90 days has passed, you will have a new you.

So remember, no matter what shape you are in now, you can always start. But you've got start now. If you don't go forward, you'll go backwards; there's no staying still.

Start improving your health and your life NOW

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

Why Gyms are a Worthless

I don't know about you but I can't stand gyms. Always have. Even when I was a harcore weightlifter the thought of
working out at a gym made my skin crawl.

So why are gyms a complete waste of space. Let's see here, it can take a good hour to drive to the gym during rush hour before or after work. Then you'd have to wait in line for the equipment and share it with some repulsive ogre who never bathes. You have to put up with all the loud, obnoxious meathead bodybuilders who think just because they look like gorillas they have to act like them.

There are the guys there who are more into checking the women out than working out. And then there are the
hussies who get all dolled-up in makeup are only there to be checked out rather than work out.

So you spend two hours in the gym and get a woefully inadequate workout, whether you did weights, machines,
cardio, aerobics. Nothing has gotten you results. You waste your time and energy and for what. You've gotten nowhere. At least if were getting results then maybe the pain and suffering would be a little worth it.

And then on top of that you have to pay a big monthly fee.

Now if all this appeals to you then keep doing what makes you happy. But if you're like most people and want a program that can give you the results you desire - toned butt and legs, sculpted abs, lean strong muscles, cardiovascular endurance, endless energy - all in only 15 minutes a day and in the privacy of your own home and for a small amount, then Body
Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women
is your only option.

It's a simple choice. Do the thing that works or keep wasting time, energy and money on poor results.

All the best,

Eddie Baran
