Lose the Love Handles

Usually when we think of core training, we think of the
abs and lower back. We'll sometimes separate the abs
into lower, middle and upper. We'll bridge, do situps,
leg raises among other exercises to get our midsection strong.

But one area of the core that is woefully neglected by
too many people are the obliques, the sides of the abs.

This is a huge mistake.

The obliques act as stabilizers of the front and back of
the core, as well as prime movers in sideways motions.
The obliques are the muscles underneath the love handles.

I know a few idiot so-called fitness gurus recommend
against working the obliques because they'll make
the love handles look bigger. What fools. What makes
love handles bigger are love handles, fat, flab,
blubber.

Exercising the obliques will tighten and tone them, making
them lean and strong. It'll have a slimming effect even though
they'll have more muscle.

The key is to know how to train the obliques. Body
Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html
shows you just how to burn off the obliques and will do
wonders for the sides of your core. Whichever exercises
you choose to work your obliques, just make sure you do
them for a completely lean midsection.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

How To Tone Up Flabby Arms

I once had a client who came in to train with me for the
sole purpose of getting rid of her gooey arms. She was
a thin woman but still had flabby arms. She didn't
understand why.

She wasn't fat but her arms were very soft and mushy.
She didn't understand what she was doing wrong. After
all she was working her reat off trying to do all the right
things.

So she thought.

Aerobics, jogging, weight machines, etc. All to no avail.
Her flabby arms were still there.

Flabby arms are an all too common problem with women.
Try as she might, she just can't get rid of the goo, no matter
how thin she is, no matter how hard she tries. Even when the
rest of he body firms up, she's still left with flabby arms.

Do any of these symptoms sound like you.

So what to do. Is there a cure for this.

Well, Dr. Baran has a cure. No, it's not long distance running,
nor is it aerobics, and it isn't weights either.

The cure is bodyweight exercises. And here's why:

A woman needs to exericse her upper body, but not just
any exericise will do. These exercises have to target the
arms while incorporating the whole body.

Isolating the arms while the rest of the body sits still like
using weights or machines, although better than nothing, is
not the best route. The more of your body involved the more
fat you burn and the more muscle you tone. So you're arms
are being targeted but the rest of your body is also moving.

In Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women
http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html
I give you a choice of a number of upper body exercises to
choose from, all of which will carve off the goo from your
arms and sculpt lean, toned arms.

I made sure to include exercises for beginners through
advanced so anyonecan do them. They just might also make
you stronger than a lot of men. Not only that, I also included
workouts so you don't have to
think of what to do.

One more note: Don't be afraid you'll get massively huge
arms like the bodybuilding circus freaks. You won't. These
sideshow acts take an insane amount of steroids to build
their size, and unless you are doing the same you have
nothing to fear.

What you will see after doing my exercises is an increase in
muscle tone and a decrease in flab in your arms. And your
upper body will be much more balanced. It's a win-win
situation all the way around.

All the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. If you don't like your mushy arms then you should follow
Dr. Baran's prescription for tight and toned arms: Body Sculpting

Transform Yourself in 2007

2006 is just about over. Perhaps you decided in 2005 that 2006
was going to be the year you'd really change yourself, the year
you'd lose the weight, get healthier, reach your fitness goals.

Maybe you did. Maybe you didn't. How did you do?

Most who make the goal to change her body for the coming year
don't do it. It could be because she isn't disciplined or motivated.
Or most likely it's because she just doesn't know how to make the
changes in her body that she wants to.

Whether it's discipline, motivation or knowledge that you lack,
now you can get it. In February, my friend and coach Matt Furey
will be hosting a fitness bootcamp for women and men of all
ages and abilities. At this bootcamp, Matt along with the top
health and fitness experts out there will show you exactly
what to do to completely change yourself.

You are going to get the critical motivation and knowledge that
will can make your 2007 the year of your transformation. This
is the information most people lack, thereby failing at their goals.
Read more about it here http://eddiebaran.com/fitness_bootcamp.html

2007 is going to pass whether you reach your goal or not. Make
sure you DO reach your goal of 2007 and DO what's necessary to get
there.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. 2007 is less than a couple weeks away. If you made the
same promise to yourself last year that you are this year, then
this make certain that this is the year you do transform your
body, Go here now and read more how you can do it

Losing That Last Bit of Blubber

That last bit of fat. The first 50 lbs of initial weight loss sometimes
is so much easier than the final 5.

Read this letter from a woman who figured out a way to get it off:

Hi Eddie,
I just wanted to let you know that I am having some fabulous results
with
your program Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women -
http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html - and
eating the right foods .

In the past 3 weeks, I've dropped 7 pounds, an inch off my waist,
an inch off my hips, and I'm getting stronger. My body fat is also
way down. And my arms, those little "sausages of shame," are
starting to look good at last, for the first time in my life.

I'm using your bodyweight exercises, and changing things around
a bit each day to give my muscles new challenges. I'm exercising
about a half hour a day in the morning, that's it. No cardio. I'm 36
years old; usually after 30, you have trouble losing weight, but I'm
doing great!

And have I told you just how great the PowerMat -
http://eddiebaran.com/power_mat.html
is for your exercises, and just about any other exercise on the floor.

I just wanted to let you know of my progress. I'm guessing that
many women out there are like me: a few stubborn extra pounds
hanging around that just won't go away.

Sincerely,
Angela Langlotz

Angela,
"Sausages of Shame." That's great. One of the more entertaining
things about training women are the terms they have for the parts
of their body they don't like. Men have them, too, but women
usually are a little more creative with the language.

Anyway, that is awesome what you've done. Keep up the great
work and thanks for sharing your progress with others. I know
you will inspire many to get into shape.

experience possible. Go here now http://eddiebaran.com/power_mat.html

P.S. You can still get your Body Sculpting program

How to Create Your Best Body

The only reality that matters is your own.

You create your own reality, not anyone else. Don't bother
being in someone else's and don't bother having someone
else create yours for you. The great majority of people are
stuck in the reality of every other person.

This does not lead to success.

If the Wright Brothers had been realistic or practical, they
never would have attempted creating a flying machine. They
were so unrealistic - or rather had their own reality outside
of everyone else - that they created something so
unimaginable that it seemed impossible at the time.

And that goes for everyone else who has ever wanted
something great.

It doesn't have to be on a big scale either. Maybe getting
your body into phenomenal shape at age 54 isn't realistic to
other people, but to you, in your reality, it makes complete
sense.

Why? Because you created it. You decide what's realistic
for you, not those average folks who are drowning in their
own mediocrity.

Or perhaps you want to get sculpted legs and abs when you're
a good 50 lbs overweight. Others will tell you you're insane
to have such fantasies but in your world, this is possible.

Once you have the vision to create your best body, all you
need is the tool to sculpt it. The best tool for a woman to
create their best body is Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises
for Women http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html

Don't worry about what others deem as realistic or based in
reality. It doesn't matter and it doesn't concern you. Why would
anyone want to be in someone else's cruddy reality anyway.

I'd rather create my own.

All the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Women all over the world are creating their own realities by
sculpting lean, strong and sleek bodies the way they want them
to be with the Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women.

Youth is Not Just For the Young

So you've benefited from bodyweight exercises - leaner, shaplier,
stronger, healthier - but what about your parents. Are these exercises ok
for people in their sixties and seventies?

They can still use the bodyweight exericse program -
http://eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html - to get into
incredible physical shape.

Here's what she can do:

1. Take the easier exercises in the program and have her do whatever
number of repetitions she can do. If this is only one or a half a rep,
then that's where she starts. If all she can do is hold the position
without moving, then that's fine. Just get used to that.

2. Eventually she will gain strength and be able to do more repetitions
with better form. And in no time she can progress on to the more
intermediate and ultimately advanced exercises.

3. Walk every day to get her body moving. This will also increase her
metabolism and get her into the habit of movement.

4. Check with her physician before doing any exercise program.

Have her follow these steps and she will get your strength and youth
back. There's no reason why anybody can't do these exercises in some
capacity. Youth is not just for the young.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. No matter your age or experience, bodyweight exercises are the
best thing for you. Go here now and get on the program

How to Minimize Your Gluteus Maximus

One of the biggest concerns, so to speak, that a woman has
is her rear.

Most women are unhappy with their back sides, no matter what
their personal predicament. They either think it's too small or
too big. Either way they want one that's firm and toned.

Now maybe Sir Mix-A-Lot likes it when his 'Baby Got Back' but
a lot of women would rather do without their large back sides.
And then there are the cases of the women who have no 'back'
back there and wouldn't mind a little 'junk in the trunk.'

Is a woman stuck with what she was born with? Or can she
change what she has? Well, if you want a posterior like J-Lo or
Beyonce then you might be out of luck unless you were made
that way.

However, if you want to get a rear like a dancer or a gymnast,
then I can help you with that. No matter if you're trying to
minimize or maximize your gluteus maximus, it can be done.

How is this possible, you ask?

Here's how: By doing certain exercises in a certain way, you can
sculpt your derriere into the work of art you desire.

You see, dancers and gymnasts condition their body for athletic
function to do amazing feats of grace and strength with specific
exercises.

By doing this they get a nice side benefit. These same exercises
that strenghten and condition their bodies for movement also
shape their bodies, especially their back sides,

And no, you don't have to have years of dance training to benefit.
I've included many of these conditioning/sculpting exercises in
my Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women
http://eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html . You can get
aestheitc and athletic benefits by doing these exericses and form
your back side into the form you want.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Whether you're after form or function, or both, the bodyweight
exercises in this program will sculpt your entire body, including your
rear, into a work of art

Three Super Women

Let me tell you about three Super Women with some pretty
incredible super powers:

The first woman is Mrs. Storms. Mrs. Storms is the most
dangerous woman in the world. She can kill a man with one
blow. She's got ALL the grace and femininity of a woman -
with the strength, speed and power of a man.

This makes her the perfect person to show you how to get
lean, muscular and ripped.

The second woman is Ms. T. She's got a body that just won't
stop. Her legs, butt, abs and arms are carved from granite.
She looks like she's been carved by Michaelangelo or Rodin.
She can show you how to do it.

Her workout routine is guaranteed to take anyone's thunder
thighs, big butts and flabby arms from fat to fit in record time.

The third woman of this super trio is none other than Vanessa
Bader. I'm sure you know her as the star of my Body Sculpting
Bodyweight Exercises for Women program. She's an incredible
athlete with an incredible body and and incredible magnetic
presence. Everywhere she goes she lights up a room. And she
can show YOU how to do the same - no matter who you are
and no matter what you look like.

How would you like people to be naturally drawn to you -
when you're just being ... well, YOU?

How would you like to have others like you and trust you -
and you're not doing anything obvious to make it happen?
Vanessa will show you how.

The only place to see these three Super Women in the same
place at the same time, and learn their secrets, is at Matt
Furey's Universal Health, Strength and Power Bootcamp -
http://eddiebaran.com/fitness_bootcamp.html -. This is your
only opportunity to meet and learn from these super women.

Whether you want to have a killer body, learn how to kick butt,
or turn heads when you walk in a room, these super women will
show you exactly how to do it. But ONLY if you come and meet
them in person.

Eddie Baran

How to Not Be Bored With Exercise

One of the things that many have difficulty with when it comes to
exercising is keeping their workouts fresh and not boring.

If you do weights or cardio then you most likely are bored out of your
mind. No wonder so many people quit weights and cardio. First off
they're boring to do, and second, they don't produce the results you want.

Bodyweight exercises, on the other hand, aren't boring to do, plus
they're so effective you won't want to quit.

But you can still make sure your workouts are always interesting.

For example, when a woman starts Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises
http://eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html is that she'll stick
with the Fab Five and only the Fab Five for months on end.

Although the Fab Five is the foundation of body sculpting and you could
pretty much do these five exercises forever and be in incredible shape,
that doesn't mean you have to be limited to doing just these.

Doing the same workout day in and day out, you're probably going to get
bored no matter how great they are. Exercise doesn't have to be boring
so make sure you throw some variety in the mix. Every now and then do a
new exercise or set/rep scheme. It'll do your body and your mind good.

If you'd like to change your workout, then do so; just completely
change things around. Make it so it's 100% different, a 180-degree change
and totally unrecognizable to what you did before. And when you get bored
and don't feel like working out, change it again.

Yes, consitency and measurability are important in an exercise program,
but more important is that you move your body no matter what.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Rearranging your workouts will breathe new life into your day
and you'll be excited about working out again. In case you can't think of
any workouts on your own, there are plenty of them in Body Sculpting
Bodyweight Exercises for Women so you'll never get bored. Go here NOW and
get on it http://eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html

How To Create Unstoppable Self-Confidence

There's a secret weapon that will catapult you toward the
body and life you imagine.

I know this because it's helped me and countless others.

Before I tell you what it is, please do the following right
now:

Picture the way you want to look. Go ahead, right now as
you read this, imagine the figure you want to have, the
look you want to have.

See yourself in a particular place -- a special evening
out, at the beach, at the office -- anywhere where you
really want to look and be great.

Really see yourself at that place looking radiant, looking
sexy, looking great.

And as you imagine looking great, now start to feel
the way it would feel to look that great. Let those good
feelings come into your body now.

Perhaps you even smile a little bit.

Continue to see yourself looking great and notice what
you are wearing.

Notice the look on your face.

Notice what you are doing. How you are acting.

Notice how other people are reacting to you. So positively.

They look at you with admiration and they're happy to be
with you. You make them feel good. See their smiles.

Breathe fully into your belly as you continue to imagine
the scene -- you feeling great, looking great, being great.

Notice that you are confident.

It's great to be that confident because life is better for
confident people.

What if you could really be that confident. What if you
could have access to a simple technique that could enable
you to turn on that confidence at the press of a button.

What would that be worth to you?

I don't have to tell you the value of confidence.

Confidence sells.

Confidence gets the guy.

Confidence gets the job.

Confidence gets the mo.ney.

Confidence gets the peace of mind.

Confidence enables you to provide the love and support to
those you love and those you work with.

How?

Instead of being caught up in your own insecurities, you
are free to "be there" for other people. You can hush the
chatter in your mind that's telling you you aren't good
enough, and go out and do the things you know you really
want to do.

Those of you doing your Body Scultping Bodyweight Exercises
for Woman have a sense of what I'm taking about. Being
physically fit builds confidence.

But my friend Dr. Tom Hanson, has a program you need to
know about, and quite frankly, you should have.

It's called Confidence Conditioning
http://eddiebaran.com/confidence_conditioning.html
In it, he teaches exercises that condition you to feel
confident just the way my physical exercises condition
your physical body to be in great shape.

Tom is one of the top sports psychologists in the country.
He's worked full-time with the New Yor Yankees to help
them be more confident, focused and consistent.

He's worked with Fortune 500 companies, Wall Street
executives and traders, and hundreds of other high-end
clients.

Previously his work was only available to those willing and
able to pay thousands of dollars. But now he's made his
confidence program available to you for the first time.

In his program, he guides you through confidence building
exercises just like a personal trainer takes you through a
workout.

It's simple, it's powerful and it works. And it is the perfect tool
to add to your bodyweight exercises. Do your Confidence
Conditioning exercises just before, during and after your
workouts and you'll see your results go through the roof.

It's the ultimate 1 - 2 punch that will take you to the
next level so fast you'll soon be laughing at the insecure
thoughts you used to have.

Read more about getting super condidence in all areas
of your life here http://eddiebaran.com/confidence_conditioning.html

All the best,

Eddie Baran

p.s. We're heading into the holiday season where many
people pack on the pounds and stress out big time. Make
this year different; give yourself the gift of confidence.
Remember, confidence = peace of mind

Rachel vs Alice

I once trained a woman who was pretty frail and fragile
when she first came to me. Rachel had been in some serious accidents

- skiing, car - so her body was a bit damaged. Not to mention
she was a long distance runner for years which just added to
her injuries. To put it bluntly, she was a mess.

Rachel always compared herself to another client of mine,
Alice, who was in good shape and athletic. Rachel considered
this woman very successful when it came to physical fitness
because compared to her, Rachel wasn't in as good of shape.

But I looked at it quite differently.

See, Alice was always in decent shape. She could've been
in great shape but she didn't try. She was complacent and
didn't push herself. She just expected to always be in good
shape and never had to fight for it. She didn't progress much
because not even the greatest trainer in the world could fix
her mediocre attitude.

Rachel, on the other hand, was the opposite. She had a great
attitude so she made huge progress. She busted her hump
every workout, did exactly what I said and she changed her
body around completely to a strong, powerful woman.

Although she was no longer the weakling she was before,
she still viewed herself as successful than Alice because Alice
was still in better shape.

I had to remind Rachel of two things:

1. The only competition is with yourself, not others. No one
else matters but you. So Rachel vs Alice doesn't matter.

2. Success is measured by how far you have progressed
personally, not how you compare with someone else.

Even though Alice was objectively in better shape, Rachel
much more successful because how far she came. If this
were a competition, Rachel would win.

So remember: Success isn't where you end up, it's how far
you've traveled.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. It doesn't matter where you start, only how far you go.
