Why You Might Be Insane

I remember seeing a story about a one-legged triathlete
who completed the Iron Man triathalon. To finish this race
on two legs is a phenomenal feat in and of itself, but on one
leg goes beyond words. She swam with only one leg but
biked and ran with her prosthetic leg.

Yet her biggest obstacle wasn't physical but rather psychological.

She had to fight fear of failure and injury; she had to fight
all the negative naysayers; she had to fight all the
humiliation and embarassment; she had to fight her relentless
self-doubt.

Her biggest competition was her own mind. But she won.
She conquered her toughest challenger, herself, and became a winner.

Thing is, we're all just like she was. We are really only fighting
our self. Sure, we can feel decimated by other people's
comments, but it's our own reactions to them that matter
because we believe them. Otherwise they wouldn't even register.

What we say to or think about ourselves is always far worse
than anyone else could say. Why? Because we're the ones
saying it.

And it's always a lie.

When you tell yourself that you'll never get in shape, or
you'll always be a whale, or you're a complete mess - this
is not coming from Truth, or reality. It's just fear and negativity.
It's a complete falsehood. If you believe in something that's
not real then you are insane.

Everyone can get into incredible shape. There are no
exceptions. If you think that you are doomed to be a physical
fiasco, then you're not based in reality, but rather insanity.

Now that you realize what you really are, go get the tools

If Your Pants Don't Fit

The famous American lawyer/poet Johnny Cochrane taught
us a thing or two about rhymes, which is thus: You can't
argue with the effectiveness of this particular rhetorical device.
Nothing makes up for a weak argument like a good rhyme.

I guess Dr. Seuss would've made a great trial attorney if all
it took were a clever rhyme to sway a jury.

In a courtroom rhyming is nothing but a cheap gimmick. But
when it comes to fitness, on the other hand, it can speak
volumes.

Here's my little variation on a theme by Cochrane:

"If the pants don't fit you must commit."

In other words, commit yourself to making them fit. And, no,
I don't mean taking them to a tailor for alterations.

Commit to an exercise program that burns the fat off your belly,
buns, hips and legs and tightens and tones all the muscles in
your body. An exercise program like my Body Sculpting
Bodyweight Exercises for Women
http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html

Commit to at least 15 minutes a day to getting a sleeker, fitter
body that will just make those pants glide on.

Commit your mind to a new vision of yourself and ridding it of
any negative thoughts.

Commit to sticking with the program to ensure your success.
The only way you can fail is if you quit.

If you commit yourself to doing these things your pants will fit
like a glove (sorry, couldn't resist) in no time flat; your bodyfat
will drop, your lean muscle tone will increase and your energy
will jump through the roof.

Remember: either you commit yourself or you quit yourself.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Some say that I, Crazy Eddie, should be committed - to the
loony bin, the funny farm, the nut house, the cuckoo's nest, the
laughing academy - because I'm giving away the book when you
get the Body Sculpting DVD's. Go here to find out more

How to Replace Soft Flab with Toned Muscle

Last week I spoke with an old friend, Debbie. She was lamenting the
fact that she wasn't as firm and toned as she used to be in her
twenties. And she didn't know why.

'I weigh exactly the same thing as I did when I was 25 but am so soft
and jiggly,' she complained. 'I'm just as skinny now as I was then and
I even fit in the same clothes. Sometimes I can even get below that
weight but my body is so loose.'

'Are you exercising at all' I asked her.

'I jog a bit. That's all.' She replied.

'Well, you see,' I responded 'the reason why you're all gooey but
still weigh the same is that your muscle is being replaced by flab.
The muscle that kept you firm and toned has gone away. When you
get older, your body has a tendency to lose muscle and gain blubber.'

'What, so there's nothing I can do about this if it's just because I'm
getting older?' she asked.

'No, all you have to do is don't get older; get younger' I replied.

'What . Gee thanks. That really helps.' she said sarcastically, 'so in
other words I'm doomed.'

'No you're not. Just don't get older.' I continued . 'Look. You're
letting
your body go even though you're watching what you eat and jog a bit.
But you need to do things that reverse the aging process like
resistance
exercises that involve your entire body.

Do bodyweight exercises like the ones in my program Body Sculpting
Bodyweight Exercises
http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html
to build your muscles up. The more muscle you have, the less flab
you'll have, the tighter and firmer your body will be. It's as simple
as that. Training to build muscle will get you that tone back and make
you younger.'

I went on to further explain the benefits of bodyweight exercises in
the
age reversing-muscle building, flab busting, body tightening process.
She got the message loud and clear. She took my advice and decided to
get younger and firmer. She had enough of wallowing in her pity. She
knew it'd be much easier to do what I told her and not get older but
get younger.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

you
haven't already joined her, go here now

Why You Should Expect the Best

When I was in college, I wasn't exactly the greatest student in
the world. In fact, I wasn't very good at all.

I studied a lot but grades just didn't come so easy to me like
they did with the other students. And it wasn't because I
didn't try. The biggest problem I had was that I had low
expectations for myself. I wanted to get A's but I really didn't
believe in myself and didn't think I could get A's, although
that was my goal when I studied my rear off. I really hoped
that I'd get top grades but it rarely happened. But I kept on hoping.

And that was just the problem. I was HOPING to get good
grades, rather than EXPECTING to get them.

When you hope for something for yourself, you are leaving the
result up to chance, to some outside force other than yourself
to achieve it. You've pretty much let go of your own personal
responsibility in the matter. When you expect it, on the other
hand, you know for a fact that it will happen, you have no doubt.
That confidence and faith will actually make it happen. It might
not happen right away but you will find a way to make it happen
if it doesn't automatically develop.

Now, there are some things we have to hope for because they
are out of our control. But for anything having to do with personal
goals, it has to be EXPECTED for it to happen. Expect something
and you hold yourself to it. You won't give in or give up that way.

This is what I did. When I figured out that I had to EXPECT good
grades to get good grades, then, and only then, did they pick up.
I was the one who decided this, not fate or chance or luck.

So for this Spring, EXPECT to be in the best shape of your life, EXPECT
to get fitter and healthier, leaner and sleeker, stronger and younger,
better and better.

Now that you expect to have your dream body, you'll need a tool to
help you get it. Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women
http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html
will make
your expectations come true.

How to Create Your Own Body

The only reality that matters is your own. You create your own
reality, no one else does. Don't bother being in someone else's
and don't bother having someone else create yours for you.
The great majority of people are stuck in the reality of every
other person. This is not conducive to success.

If the Wright Brothers had been realistic or practical, they
never would have attempted creating a flying machine. They
were so unrealistic - or rather had their own reality outside
of everyone else - that they created something so
unimaginable that it seemed impossible at the time.

And that goes for everyone else who has ever wanted
something great.

It doesn't have to be on a big scale either. Maybe getting
your body into phenomenal shape at age 54 isn't realistic to
other people, but to you, in your reality, it makes complete
sense. Why? Because you created it. You decide what's realistic
for you, not those average folks who are drowning in their
own mediocrity.

Or perhaps you want to get sculpted legs and abs when you're
a good 50 lbs overweight. Others will tell you you're insane
to have such fantasies but in your world, this is possible.

Once you have the vision to create your dream body, all you
need is the tool to sculpt it. The best tool for a woman to
create their best body is Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises
for Women http:http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html

Don't worry about what others deem as realistic or based in
reality. It doesn't matter and it doesn't concern you. Why would
anyone want to be in someone else's cruddy reality anyway.
I'd rather create my own.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Women all over the world are creating their own realities by
sculpting lean, strong and sleek bodies the way they want them
to be with the Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women.

Body Sculpting Made Simple

When I worked in the Silicon Valley, I worked for a huge multi-national
corporation. Like most corportations it was a souless place, devoid
of any humanity and heart. Just a bunch of unhappy drones robotically
moving through their existence.

It was a software company and the people there were pretty much
computers themselves. Not a lot going on below the brain. Just a bunch
of lives programmed by upper management.

One of the reasons why every one of us was so miserable was the
idiot tendency for management to complicate every thing. The smallest
task was turned into the most complex byzantine conundrum. No
wonder the company lost its shirt and eventually folded.

The ability to overthink and make things so overly-complicated is not
just a problem with corporations but also with most women who try to
get lean and fit. She wastes too much time and energy on the
wrong exercises. She does overly complicated workouts and their weekly
routines are something only a nuclear physicist can understand.

Sculpting your body is simple - if you know what to do. Do the five
simple exercises that I teach in my Body Sculpting program
http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html
- for about
15 minutes, three times a week and you have the makings of a
beautifully
sculpted, lean and fit body. It's really that simple.

Once you know do these five exercises correctly, the rest takes care
of itself. No over-thinking, no complicated routines, no complex
machine. Just simple and effective body sculpting.

Sometimes it's the simplest things in life that work the best.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Stop complicating your exercising. Body Sculpting made simple here

How Oprah Could Keep Her Weight Off

We all know how Oprah can't keep off her weight. As Seinfeld
joked, "she's fat, she's thin, she's fat, she's thin. Pick a weight
and go with it."

She's up and down. But now her weight's settled on being up.

Problem is she hasn't found a great fitness program so she's not
training her body in the right way. And she hasn't trained her mind
to keep her weight off. So, naturally, she gains the weight back
and then some.

Once you've gotten your body to take off the weight with my body
sculpting program, next is to get your mind to KEEP it off. And the
way you do that is with hypnotherapist Dr. Brian Alman's Keep It
Off program. This incredible program, which Deepak Chopra highly
recommends, shows you everything you need to know to easily
and effortlessly stay lean. It's the perfect compliment to my program.

And the best part is that it only takes 5 minutes a day. 5 minutes a
day to train your mind to keep off the weight. Read more about all
the success stories here http://www.eddiebaran.com/keep_it_off .html

If Oprah knew about my body sculpting program and Dr. Alman's
Keep It Off program, she'd finally have her weight under control.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

Why Lifting Weights Make You Gain Weight

Why is it that so many people (men and women alike) who lift
weights and are truly trying to get fit and lean are just getting
fatter, weaker and more injured.

I'm sure we all can relate to this problem. I know I could at one
time.

If you lift weights you might fing that you are on the slippery
slope to fatsville. I know it's so frustrating because I was like
you, busting my rear in the weight room trying to get fit. And
all I got for my troubles was a nice layer of blubber and some
joint pain thrown in for good measure.

It wasn't until you do bodyweight exercises will you start to
really get fit and lean. I've known many who were in the same
boat: spinning their wheels trying to get toned and fit with
weights when in fact they were anything but.

The fact of the matter is that much of weight lifting has little
or no real use as far as real health and fitness go. The weight
lifting that most people do, you're only training your body
in segments and pieces. Your body functions as one unit,
and so that's how you should train it.

And the best way to accomplish this is training with bodyweight
calisthenics http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html
which use a lot of muscles. By recruiting more muscle groups,
your body will burn more energy and release the muscle-building
fat-reducing hormones like HGH (Human Growth Hormone). Your
entire cardiovascular system will also be improved at the same time.

This is what I call multi-tasking - doing many things at
once. Bodyweight exercises are multi-tasking in that they build
strength, endurance and flexibility all at once throughout the
entire body (not just one place) all the while sculpting a
magnificent figure. Multi-tasking exercises give you results
faster and in less time than weights.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

6 Rules of Fat Gain

If you are interested in the best way to get fat, then read up.
There are some tips worth their weight in gold here.

1. Avoid exercise at all costs: Make excuses that you are too
busy or too tired to work out, but be certain to make time to
watch TV.

2. Avoid moving your body at all if possible: Take the elevator;
drive whenever you can even if it's to go across the street; use
the drive-thru when going to Krispy Kreme or Burger King. Heaven
forbid you burn any calories walking from your car to the counter
at KFC.

3. Have a bad attitude about yourself and life in general. Fatalistic
feelings of doom and gloom are great for stress, and stress is a
wonderful way to get fat.

4. Eat all the wrong foods. And eat lots of them. Stuff your self
so you feel sick to your stomach. Compulsive eating should be
mastered if you are at all serious.

5. Spend your leisure time in front of the idiot box. Passively sitting
on your rear watching TV is a wonderful way to turn into a big
blob of blubber.

6. Don't breathe too deeply because you might activate some
muscles, or relax and get oxygen into your system. This is a no-no.
Only shallow weazing is allowed.

If you're intrested in packing on the blubber, follow these rules to
a T and you'll have no problem reaching your goal.

If, on the other hand, you are one of those rare and special
individuals who is determined to become a superb physical specimen
- both athletically and aestheically - then I suggest you get on
over to http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html
and get Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises. Change your life for the
better.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. It's amazing how many people actually do follow these rules,
and religiously. If I told them to do them it'd be like preaching to
the
choir. Sadly these rules are all too common. Be the exception to the
rule, and be exceptional by going here

How to Triple Your Endurance

My good friend Vince Palko seems to have an endless source
of energy. I'm amazed at his ever-abounding stamina.

He packs more into his day than most do in a month. Let's see,
he works a full-time corporate job, has a second career as
an entrepreneur, has a wife and two young daughters and is
a competitive triathlete training in three endurance sports.

And he's not one of these wired, Type-A personality, amped-
up, affeine freaks either; he's calm and relaxed but high-
energy nonetheless.

So how does Vince do it. I know how because he's shown me
his secret and he's decided to tell you, too. He's revealed his
personal system of simple and easy exercises (that take just
minutes a day) for getting boundless energy.

Vince shows you how to drop weight, increase energy and give
you the stamina to stay up late and get up early.

If you're like most people, you probably don't have enough
energy to do what you need to do, be it work, taking care of
your family, athletics. But with Vince's system gives you
more energy and stamina to do all the things you need to
do. Not only that, you'll dramatically increase your
endurance for all your activities, including sports. Whether
you're a triathlete or a martial artist this program is ideal
for you.

endurance, energy and stamina, go to

Why Most Ab Exercises Fail Miserably

Most ab exercises don't do the job. If they were your employee
you would fire them on the spot. If you kept paying them to work
for you when they didn't perform you'd be insane.

Yet most people do just this with their ab exercises. Over and over
you trudge through these ineffectual wastes of time, on a wing and
a prayer, hoping by some chance they will sculpt your abs. Instead
you're left with flab and frustration.

You've heard that doing crunches or some other exercises combined
with some aerobics will trim and tone your tummy. But obviously the
results don't show this.

Somehow these lame exercises have gotten into our cultural
conscience as being useful. Then again, most people are lemmings
and will follow anything if someone else is doing it. The problem with
these crappy ab exercises is that they don't work your entire core or
your entire body.

To really get a lean set of abs, to really tighten your tummy, to
truly carve your core, you need to do the exercises that work your
entire body in a very special way.

The popular useless exercises that everyone is doing barely do a
thing. That's why you see so many exercisers who don't look like
they exercise.

The only exercises that give you the best results are in my Body
Sculpting Bodweight Exercises program found here
http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html
It's not just the exercises here, it's also how you do them. Those
of you who already have my program watch the DVD's again and pay
very, very close attention to what I'm saying. Do exactly what I
instruct and on no time your midsection will be chiseled and flat.

If you don't have my program yet then you either aren't serious
about carving your core or you are just hearing about it.

Wishing you the best abs possible,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Remember. It's the exercises and how you do them that are critical
to your success. Go here now and get on the program

Why You are Extraordinary

"We all have the extraordinary coded inside us, waiting to be
released."

Jean Houston wrote this and she couldn't be more right.

Most of us never realize our true potential. Either we don't think
we deserve greatness, or we don't even know we have it in us, or
we just don't know how to release it.

You have an extraordinary body coded inside of you, waiting to
be released. Now you just need the key to unlock this great body.
This key is used by woman around the world to get strong, lean,
agile, flexible, youthful sculpted bodies. Body Sculpting Bodyweight
Exercises program http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html

So it doesn't matter where you're at now, someone who's in very
bad shape or a top athlete. The real you is extraordinary.

Why Doing Cardio is a Waste of Time

Here's an email from a customer with a common question about my
program:

Eddie,
I just purchased your Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises program
http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html
. I really
like the exercises. Question for you: I have always done a lot of
cardio. If I use your book at least 4-6 times a week, can this replace
cardio or do I still need to do my cardio? I normally do 45-60 mins
on the treadmill.
Thanks,
Dave.

Dave,
Good question.

The answer is yes. The exercises in my program will replace cardio
workouts. How can something get you fastest results when you do
so little of it. It's because the exercises are that effective.
Using the entire body in the right movements is the only way this
can be done. This will build strong heart and lung power

Bodyweight exercises alone, like the ones in my program, will give
you a phenomenal cardiovascular workout. When you move your
entire body in this way your lungs and heart will be getting a better
workout than normal cardio like running.

And yes, you can get it from only 15 minutes. The added benefit of
these exercises is that you are also building strength, flexibility and
agility. Not to mention
sculpting your body.

There's really no need to do any other cardio, unless you want to.
If you like doing cardio then by all means continue. But if you want
to get the best results and the best cardio workout, then use my
program. The work outs are faster to do and it works faster to get
you results.

So throw out your treadmill and do what works best. Go here now to
read more http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Another great cardio program that only takes minutes a few
times a week that's a perfect supplement my body sculpting program

How to Prevent Serious Back Injury

A few years ago I hurt my back very badly from lifting
weights. I was in the most pain I had ever experienced.

But I was fortunate.

Although I lifted weights back then, at least I had the sense
to combine them with bodyweight exericses. And because
of this I was back to working out in less than a week.
Considering the pain I was in, I was very lucky to have
recovered so fast from my injury. Before that, whenever
I hurt my back lifting weights, I'd be out for much longer.

Had I not also done bodyweight exercises, my back injury
would have been much, much worse. From doing these
calisthenics my back was very strong and wasn't hurt as bad
as it could have been from my clumsy weight lifting.

Of all the many benefits of bodyweight exercises in my program
http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html
- fat
burning, muscle building - the preventive and restorative powers
they have rank right up there.

My program builds your back strong enough to prevent many
injuries. And if you do happen to get injured in some other activity,
like weight training, or whatever, it minimizes the injury and can
help heal you.

All the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises

are the best thing you can do to make your body strong, healthy and
young.

Ashamed of Your Shape

It can be a blow to your self image if you're not in the shape you
used to be in. Whether you were just average before or great,
it's tough to see yourself at your worst. And you know full
well it's the the real you.

People who used to be at the top of the physical fitness food chain
are sometimes the most difficult to get training again after a long
layoff. When things aren't working like they used to be, it can
definitely be distressing.

You might be ashamed of yourself but don't be.

It's good to realize this but now also realize that you will get into
great shape again, possibly better than what you've ever been.

You don't have to do aerobics, or spend hours at the gym, or waste
time jogging. You'll do your body more good with bodyweight
exercises http://www.eddiebaran.com/body_sculpting_women.html

Here's what you do:

1. Start with the Fab Five. This is the basic foundation of the program
and serves as your strength and conditioning foundation. Your entire
body will get stronger and leaner, your heart and lungs will build
power. Think of this as your weight and cardio training without weights
and cardio. Plus, it should only take 10-15 minutes.

2. Do whatever you can do for the exercises. This may mean your
numbers are lower than you'd like but that's where you start. Don't
be embarrassed. I realize it can be difficult but you will succeed if
you stick with the program.

3. Do the program 3 days a week to start. Begin slowly adding
numbers each time if you can. If you can't, no wories. Do what
you can do and don't overdo it. Soon you will get the benefits and
you will surpass the shape you were once in at your prime.

4. Let yourself be a beginner again, and don't put pressure on
yourself to be superwoman. This will come later. For now, take
it slow and steady.

5. Most importantly, have fun with your fitness. The more fun
you have the quicker you'll see results and the more you'll enjoy
doing it.

Wishing you the best,

Eddie Baran

P.S. Bodyweight exercises are for everybody. Read more here
