From Old Man to Young Man in 9 Minutes

How to Improve Muscle Recovery

If you work out, your progress is only as good as how well you recover.
If your muscles don't recover, you won't be able to train as hard or
as often as you like. The more frequently and intensely you can train,
the better shape you will get in. And, of course, if your muscles don't
recover, they won't grow and you won't get stronger.

Make sure you are following these 4 keys to ensure sufficient muscle
recovery:

1. Proper exercising - Your exercise program should have a variety of
tools and routines that are designed for optimal results.

2. Proper eating - Eat only the best foods and plenty of them,
primarily fruits and vegetables. Stay away from empty calories.

3. Get plenty of rest - I realize this may be hard to do for some
people but make an effort to do this.

When The Body Attacks Itself

The human body is an amazing thing. It's designed to help protect you.
Yet the very thing that can help you can also hurt you. It's like when

body against injury, irritation and infection. It's your body's

Man on Oxygen Banishing His Belly

Ron Watson is almost 60 and has had his share of health problems in his
life, like being on oxygen, among other things.

But he's an example of a man who didn't give up. He decided to fight
back and take charge of his health. He wanted to firm his abs and reduce
its size but never could do it before. But now he finally is.

What does he do? He trains his body like a gymnast because this is the
fastest, most effective and easiest way to get toned and strong. He
doesn't care that he's had health problems. He only sees what can be, not
what was.
